I’m a certified business executive life coach with over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations achieve desired results. My background includes working with C-suite executives, senior managers, board of directors, business owners along with government organizations and multi-billion dollar publicly traded global organizations. A CEO client nic-named me “A Cheerleader for the Soul” because he said I have an uncanny ability to unleash his full potential by reaching into the core of what creates his success.
I’ve worked in corporate America for over two decades, was one of the first female vice presidents for a Fortune 100 and the youngest Board of Director for a Financial Institution. I also received the Chairman’s Outstanding Achievement Award for a program I created that earned the company a nomination for the Baldrige best practices award. I am also the recipient of the 2003 International Coach of the Year award and currently writing a book for McGraw-Hill due out in early 2014. I served as President of the San Francisco East Bay Chapter of the International Coach Federation and am a frequent guest on radio and television shows.
I have been coaching thousands of individuals and teams around the globe using the Best Year Yet process since 1999 as a licensed BYY Coach. I’m also a “product of the product” having created my own personal Best Year Yet® one page plan for 16 years. Best Year Yet® is one of my favorite coaching programs because it produces the results for clients year after year. I’ve coached disadvantaged foster youth as young as the age of 12 in developing their Best Year Yet® plans, along with professional law firms, solo-prenuers, small business owners, retirees, couples, boards of directors and large Fortune 100 teams. The Best Year Yet® process fits all types of careers, businesses, and people from every walk of life. Better than a goal setting program, it’s a career, business and life getting program with accountability to help you do what really matters to you.
