I’m a certified business executive life coach with over 30 years of experience helping people and organizations achieve desired results. My background includes working with C-suite executives, senior managers, board of directors, business owners along with government organizations and multi-billion dollar publicly traded global organizations. I’ve worked in corporate America for over two decades, was one of the first female vice presidents for a Fortune 100 and the youngest Board of Director for a Financial Institution. I also received the Chairman’s Outstanding Achievement Award for a program I created that earned the company a nomination for the Baldrige best practices award. I am also the recipient of the 2003 International Coach of the Year award and currently writing a book for McGraw-Hill due out in early 2014. I served as President of the San Francisco East Bay Chapter of the International Coach Federation and am a frequent guest on radio and television shows.
