Course Introduction
Hi there I am here to help you get your head back in the game. It's understandable if your head is not in the game of your business right now, because we have all as a, as an entire planet, as an entire human race. Just lived through a little over a year of what, you know, I don't exaggerate to call an apocalypse. We just lived through a crisis. This pandemic really was the end of the world, as we all knew it, for our businesses, for our families, for our lives and what we want to do right now is to sort of invite you to take a, take a pause, Take a really intentional pause. Stop reacting to the urgency. Is the things that seem so urgent right now that keep you from really getting a strategic, longer term vision and action plan for your business press reset and get your head back in the game. So that's what we're gonna do today. My name is Tara Nicole Kirk. I'm a master coach. And what I do is help people have breakthroughs in their businesses and in their lives, which for most of a sm...
all business entrepreneurs, um is the same thing our businesses and our lives and the same thing. So that's what we're going to do. Yeah, Yeah. Now I want to tell you, I wasn't always just a business coach or a life coach. I used to be an entrepreneur myself. I was in the real estate business during the real estate crash. So I've actually lived through one of these this scale of global crisis that causes really individual havoc on individual businesses before. And I learned something during that crisis, during that crisis, I saw this in the real estate industry, which was the most impacted. Um I saw that there were people who who can and will thrive in any crisis. And I made it my sort of mission at that time to study the thrive, ear's, to study the people who were in this hard hit industry and we're still coming through it really, you know, actually some of them with bigger and better business is more profitable businesses, more impactful businesses, businesses that were more in alignment with their own vision for their lives than they had before the crisis. And what I realized was that while almost all of us, everybody who was in the real estate business during the real estate crisis, thought that what we needed to thrive in the crisis to succeed was the right strategy. So people were out there looking for like, what's the right business plan, what's the rights, what are the right steps to make? But really the people who actually made their businesses, we're able to pivot their businesses were able to keep up with where the market was going, Were people who had really gotten a good handle on their own mindset. So I actually think about 20% of thriving in as an entrepreneur coming out of a global crisis like this, about 20% of it is strategy, about 80% of it, is your mindset. How focused can you be? How well is your inner well being? Can you manage the anxiety? Um that is inevitable and understandable. And can you stay on course? Can you plant seeds in the ground and not dig them up too soon? To use an analogy that I like to use. So because so much of whether you're going to be able to create the business that you want to create, create the business results you want to create Over the next, let's just say or 18 month horizon. So much of that is mindset, that's why we're going to start with your mindset, getting your head back in the game.

I was lucky enough to have my business grow through the pandemic, but loved and appreciated this class asking me to take a moment to reflect and realign with the lessons I've learned, and reconsider my goals for the future. Really lovely short class!
