Adding Type Elements
So now we will have a text element which I already had. Where there it is. So I've got my credit block and given our time, we have about two minutes. I'm not gonna format the text, but only show you the effect. So I have a title here. We're gonna go with the whole theme of particles and it's the all too critical Trojan Pro does the law on most movie posters. It's actually running, Jack, if you look it up online, there's a lot of posters that use this fun. Don't know why. I guess it looks cool, but I've got the text format and it's just flat text right now. So it's going enhance that with a really quick trick, Um, or quick layers down tricks. I'm gonna go into the layer styles on that layer. Activate bubble in, boss, and you're going to this gloss contour here. And just choose this kind of wavy one in the second row here. And what that's gonna give you is this kind of edge to it. You see, there it's there was, in the beginning, simple bevel in boss. And then just changing the contour gi...
ves it a little bit more effect like that. But why stop there? I'm gonna go and create another layer and get another flare. Too much, Too much rhyme. So I'm gonna go into my little flare collection Here, get this one right here and what's going on here into the text. This is gonna add a little element to this money. Go right at the base of the eye here, set my foreground color to white and was just Dad. This is why I like it as brushes. Not only is it easy and convenient to resize every like at, but there is that cool factor of just going right there and going, you know, dragging and dropping is cool enough. But when you just go but then you're not done yet. You go in here and add a layer style. Well, let's make it blue this time. And you can see that glow how it's reacting on the edge of the techs. It really looks like it's giving off light there. And then there we have the movie poster. Now what? We have time. We have any more questions about five minutes or so. So that's what that. So I figured what it's entertained. Some questions, perhaps anything I want to see. Once again, I could do my flare brush. How did they find another player? But yes, all right, if I must. No, I'll be happy to know it's actually one of my favorite things. Um, they guarantee you, once you know how to make the brush, you're going to go, and you're gonna try it on everything you ever dio. You know why? Because I know I did.

One of the best classes I've taken with Creative Live! Like another reviewer said, I too was yelling at my computer in excitement and taking pages of notes along the way. I learned so many valuable techniques in this short but sweet class. Thank you Corey!! You rock!
