Introduction to Class
- [Peter] I'm excited. How's everyone doing? - [Audience] Good. - I need more energy, how's everyone doing? - Great. - Cool. How many guys, in the next six months to a year, really want to take your game, your leadership skills, your influence, your income to a whole new level? Raise your hand. Now, you guys got to realize, so does everybody else, right? If I ask 100 entrepreneurs, who's going to crush it in the next six months? Guess how many hands go up out of 100 people? All hundred, right? And the reality is, if you fast forward, probably five of those actually get real success and real results and improve their leadership ability. So, I want to teach you guys how to really get to that 5% that actually elevate their game, learn how to delegate, build a better team, and really maximize life. So, I'm excited about this course, and to be honest, people have been asking me to do something like this about leadership and building a team for years and I just haven't done it. So, this is t...
he first time a lot of this information that I've personally used has actually been out. So, I'm excited to share this, but the reality is the course is only good as the action you take. So, I'm going to give you some deep dive training, some action steps. I'm really going to make sure you have exactly what you need to take your game to a whole new level. But if you don't take any action, nothing's going change, right? People go to events, they go to all these different seminars, they get fired up and excited, they pay thousands of dollars, and then in two weeks, they have the exact same habits. They don't take any action. So, they get hyped in the moment, but they don't have the sustained motivation that I want to teach you guys. So, here's the deal. I've simplified all the content for you where this is hundreds of hours of content that I've simplified to only give you guys the 20 or 30% that really matters that gets you guys real results. All right? So, what's the outcome of this time together, this training in this course? Well, first thing is by watching and engaging in this training, guys, you'll understand the importance of building the right team. A lot of people don't think they need a team. How many guys have the issue where you don't like delegating or you haven't learned really what to delegate? Raise your hand, and it's frustrating, right? You have that Superman Syndrome we'll talk about where you want to do everything yourself. So, the importance of building a team is crucial. Also, you'll be able to attract A+ players to your team, the best possible people in your niche and your industry to your team to make sure they are in line with the vision. You'll also have a long-term road map, not just for the next couple of weeks, not just for the next six months, for the next 5 or 10 years that's congruent to your values and your most important goals. You will also have absolute clarity on what activities that you can work on, yield the biggest results for your business, and one of my favorites that really gives me a lot of peace of mind when I notice is, you're going to have the peace of mind in knowing that everything you're doing is as productive as possible. Everything you're doing, all the action you're taking is what you should be doing. So, you know, your friends, family, customers, team, that you're as effective as possible, right? And the bottom line is getting closer to your... living life on your terms. That's the biggest key, is making sure that you're living life on your terms, your own way. So, I want to share this with you guys. What you have to realize that I've realized because I've been broke, discouraged, frustrated, down, and out, I feel like I let my family down. I got into entrepreneurship to have flexibility freedom to impact people, and I went broke, and I had no impact, and no money, and no legacy, and all my family's like, "You shouldn't get into entrepreneurship. You should take the normal route." And at that point, I'm like, "Well, I'm proving them right." But one or two perspective shifts, one or two little action plans that I learn at different events and from different mentors yielded me an extra 10 to 150 grand within that first year from being broke. So, I want you guys to understand one or two perspective shifts, just a new action plan, a new way of thinking can yield an extra 50 to 150 up to a million dollars, in extra income for you, but of course you have to be open-minded and take advantage. And I'll tell you this, the most dangerous words I think out right now in entrepreneurship are, "I already know that." "I already know that." The question is not if you know that, it's have you mastered that? Does your bank account prove that you know these things? Does your team's success, does your impact prove that you know these things? I'm going to talk about things that you may have heard of, but in a different way today, and I really want to get it to where you can conceptualize and put it into actual practice. It's the greatest time right now in human history to be an entrepreneur, to be in business, to be in business for yourself, to reach customers, to impact people with technology, and all these things going on. Yet, 90-plus percent of startups are failing. How in the world is it the greatest time in human history to build a business when 90% fail? There's a disconnect, right, and I've been studying this for 12-plus years now, and I figured it out, and really, everything has changed now. Guys, I know 15-year-olds that are making half a million dollars a year, and I know broke 40-year-olds. Dead broke, and they're 40. That didn't happen 20 years ago, right? So, age is irrelevant these days. Age is irrelevant when it comes to really understanding how to thrive as an entrepreneur. So, what worked 5 or 10 years ago doesn't work anymore, especially in leadership. This is new age leadership that wasn't taught 20 years ago that I've seen work in the marketplace that really has helped my business go from dead broke to six to seven figures. So, just realize that a lot of things have changed, and if you don't adapt and adjust, the new economy is going to destroy you in a very polite way. I don't mean that in a rude way, it's going to destroy you if you don't adapt and adjust. So, mindset comes first. You've got to shift the mindset first and then the results come after. If I teach you these tactical things and give you a road map and give you the sheets that I have for you, but you don't change your mindset first, you'll have a little bit of success, but you'll go back to where you were. If you don't have full confidence, you're always going to find a way to lose. So, I want to work on the mindset first. Number one, it's not about personal development as much as it is about knowing yourself. That is the biggest thing in this new economy. Do you know really how to spark your own fire? Do you know really what kind of entrepreneur you are and what kind of people that you need to attract and who you need on your team to complement your weaknesses? Think about this. Do you really, really know yourself? How to spark your own fire? How to motivate yourself? Because if you can't motivate yourself or master yourself, it's going to be really hard to attract other people to motivate. A lot of people are trying to develop people without developing themselves first, and they're falling short. Your circle of influence is a lot more important than your experience. Who you're around is a lot more important than how much experience you have these days. So, you have to understand this. People often tell me, "Peter I have 20 years of experience." No, you don't. You have one year of experience, repeated 20 times, because people aren't improving, they're not growing, they're not learning, they're not innovating. You've got to continue to better your best if you really want to get to that next level. So, this is crucial. Also, it's not the hours you work, but the work you put in those hours. I was at a place in my career where I was working 60, 70 hours a week and I had no results. I was frustrated, discouraged, and if you talk to normal society and you say, "I'm not getting results." What's the common answer? "Well, work harder." Okay, I was working 70 hours, same thing, no results. What's the common answer? "Work harder." Then I worked 80 hours, no results. They weren't telling me to work smarter or work right, and they weren't telling me to focus on what I was doing in the hours. They just said, "Work harder." It's not about working hard. Washing machines work hard, right? It's really about working right, which I'll talk about today. So, we're going to really hit on productivity first, but people often say, "It's not about working harder, it's about working smarter." Yeah, somewhat. I know people working really smart that are frustrated and broke. It's about working right based on who you are and what your business needs. And success doesn't respond to want or need any more, it response to deserve and value. I hear all the time people say, "I want success." "I need success. I need this course." "I need to get better, I need money." So does everybody else. It doesn't matter what you need. You're going to get what you deserve, not just what you want. If you can match up deserving success and wanting it, that's the game changer. Limitations are right now killing a lot of people's goals and dreams. So, limitations are created by your past and by those you're around, and the only real limitations you have are the ones you've created yourself. So, we're going to teach you how to replace that with a different set of rules and set of values where you have no limitations when you leave here. Sound good? But I need your guys' engagement as well, and you guys online, I appreciate you guys watching, but I need your engagement, so shout back the answers. There was a study done a couple of years ago where if you just sit there and don't take notes, and you kind of sit there with your arms crossed and just listen, you'll probably remember about 10% of the information, which is fine. If you actually take notes and get a little bit engaged, you'll remember 40%, but if you actually get your body engaged, you get fired up, not as hyper as me, but you get excited and energized, you freak out, you write, you raise your hand, 85% you'll remember subconsciously. So, don't be that audience that's just kind of like... Be fired up. Real quick, shake your neighbor. Real quick, do it. Shake your neighbor, freak him out. There we go. All right, we're good. So, for me, I am going to talk about me being frustrated a lot because people see the success and they don't think I was ever frustrated. A lot of my success was built off failures. I have failed my way to success, right? So, your business is always a reflection of who you are, and I was at an event with our company years ago, and I was struggling, I was frustrated, and my team was not performing, and someone said, "Well," "you're a reflection of your business," and I'm like, "I'm failing, though." What does that mean? Does that mean I'm a failure? In my head I'm going, "Shoot, I am." I wasn't taking the right actions. So, I had to take 100% responsibility for my results and my success. So, that was the first question that changed my life, where they were like, "Are you really taking 100% responsibility for every single area of your life and business?" Too many people are blaming. I was blaming the economy, I was blaming my territory where I live, where I was from. I was so young, I didn't have the training, I wasn't brought up this way. I was blaming every possible circumstance, but the second I said, "You know?" "There's other people that have it worse off than me, and they're crushing it." I need to get rid of all these excuses. So, the moment I took 100% responsibility for my business was the moment I actually changed it. So, I ask you guys this, are you taking 100% responsibility for everything in your life and business? Usually, the people that say "Yes" have a really successful thriving business. And the ones that say "No," they have a lot of upside, but they're not crushing it right now. And I read all of your guys' applications, and I really studied what you guys need. So, we're going to definitely dive into those today.

Peter has such a great energy! Changed my thinking and motivated me to be a successful leader. I also liked that this class wasn't too long which is perfect for busy people.

Mixed. Why on earth the focus on millennials?? Why not also focus on attracting people with years of education and experience? People with wisdom, confidence, strong work values, a long perspective, less self-absorption? People with staying power? Way too slick and self promoting for my taste, though he may know something. Not sure if he knows anything that hasn't been said better elsewhere, without the arrogance.

Wow, what a great class, I'm interviewing right now, so not only did it help me for interviewing, it also helped on the leadership that I need to work towards, because I lost it a while ago, and I need to get it back. Thank you for such motivation.
