You can actually rely on the fiber community of experts and go in and find people who can actually help you do those things that you're not an expert in. I'm not a designer for example, so I used fiber to design a lot of my content and this is also going to help you focus on what matters the most on keeping a healthy community, keeping the conversation going and hiring people and getting other people to help you in things that maybe you're just not an expert. So make sure that you leverage the community of facebook experts and outsource a lot of the tasks that are going to save you time and just become more efficient and help you not get overwhelmed with running an online community. So what are some things that can actually outsource to the fiber community? one cover photo? I'm not a designer hire someone. You can get someone and get a really cool design. You know, it's one of the most important spaces for your community to attract the right people to be catchy and just also get people's attention when they're scrolling or looking for new communities to join designing welcome post, all those images that I showed you, make sure that you hire someone so that you have a couple of images that you can use to welcome new members. You only have to do it once you don't have to do this on a consistent basis. Also you can get someone to help you filter except new community members schedule content. There's a lot of people that can help you in building that content strategy. Remember, you're the one setting up the goals, the key activities. The important thing is that you push the direction of your online community so that content managers and social media managers can help you build the content for you. They can help you in, you know, publishing scheduling content coming up with new ideas as well, but you're the one leading the community, you're the one leading the goals and pushing in that direction as well, going through comments, the leading spam. This is something that you can get someone to help you as well and save you a lot of times and also filtering through, you know, new content, post content approval, those things you can outsource. So this is going to help you stay focused and also do the things that matter the most, keep the conversation going, be there for your community and be part of all of that engaging that is happening within your facebook group.
