How-To Approach This Class
Hi. Welcome to morning yoga. Kick start. In this plan, you can expect to be doing yoga every single day. It's only gonna be 15 minutes or try not to skip a day. Set your alarm clock early. Give yourself about 30 minutes so that you have time before and after. In this plan, I use a block. Ah, bolster and a blanket. If you don't have a block, you can also use the book. If you don't have a blanket, you could just rip the comforter off your head and use that It doesn't have to be a special yoga blanket or yoga block. Just use whatever you have, and in this 15 minutes, really just focus on your practice. Focus on your breath and enjoy it. Just know I give modifications. Depending on how you feel. You can take it really nice and easy. Use all the modifications and if you're feeling a bit stronger, you can go to the next level and really challenge yourself. So remember to listen to your body and do what you feel inside your body and really use the modifications when you need them. Now, on the...
weekend, we're going to go into a 30 minute flow and this flow, we're gonna take everything you learned during the week, and we're gonna put it into a full flow. The same thing goes here, you're gonna take it nice and easy for your first time, and then you're gonna see the places in which you can build. And I asked you to challenge yourself. When you're feeling good and strong and we're feeling not so good and you're just getting through it, take all of the modifications. Just make sure you're doing your practice every single day. And for the last day, Sunday is gonna be a meditation and rest day. Practice your meditation, even if you think you're not good at just sit there. It's on Lee. 15 minutes long and just breathe. There's no right or wrong way to meditate. As long as you're doing it, you're doing it right. I'm really proud of this plan. I hope you love it. Let's get started
