Lens Flare
Okay, let's talk about rendering some things. We'll start over here. So another thing that you can render is, um, flares. And that could be kind of fun. Um, so if we want to do that, we come up to the filter menu, and before we run this, let's convert it for smart filters so that we can tweak it later. So we'll do that. And then we can just come up to render or but filter render lens flare, and you can choose several different lens types and adjust the brightness and such. And then you can actually just, like, put the sun where you want it, which maybe would be That's about as close is. We can get it, but it adds a nice little effect because who doesn't love a good length slayer? Khara is knowledgeable, creative and has a fun and easy to understand teaching style. This class goes over some of the default Photoshop filters and offers ideas about how to use them for creative effects. My favorite new thing I learned was about displacement maps, but I'm looking forward to trying more of these out.

I have been using Photoshop for many years. Although I've made use of filters now and again, I never spent time learning about them. I appreciate how clearly Khara explains filter settings and the examples she provides.
