All right. Congratulations guys on making it through this program. I hope it was supportive for your vitality, for your flexibility, for your strength, for your feeling more integrated in your body throughout the day. And some of the main takeaways from all of this are one that every moment truly is an opportunity to strengthen your mind, strengthen your body, and our mind and body are fairly inseparable. So if you wanna be more creative in your work life or in your hobby life or your art, your expression, then think of how can you be more creative and more dynamic and more mobile and more flexible and more vital and more well circulated throughout the entirety of your body. So our creativity doesn't just come from the space between our ears. It's not just a brain thing. It really is a full body expression thing. So you can take these fundamental principles that we learned throughout the series and integrate them into the way that you use your camera, the way that you express and creat...
e your art, whether it's on a computer, with a paint brush, with a pencil, whatever the form is for you, the basic fundamental principles of how to move well in your body, they are consistent across any modality, any movement practice, any expressive art form. It's the same body in all the different practices. So basic things, create that length through the spine. Typically allow the ribs to kind of relax down towards the hips so you're not flaring the ribs out. And then also regularly maintaining a good strong stack of your weight down through your hips, down through your knees, down into your feet. So just the practice of really spreading your toes, feeling connected to the ground, feeling supported by the ground, and then feeling that connection, that relationship of your hips on top of your knees on top of your feet. So all day long, these are opportunities for us to integrate more into our bodies and then express out into our art form. So by us investing in our movement now, that's preventative for the body starting to kind of fall apart later, and then that taking us away from our ability to express creatively. So I hope this was supportive for you guys.
