How to Create a Pre Sale Marketing Schedule
So here's your schedule and all of this will be given to you in a bonus pdf download if you've purchased the course but right now I'm just going to break it all down for you so on day one we're going to post a giveaway tease so you're not going to give any details yet you're just going to kind of say like, hey guys it's been a while since I didn't give away do you think I should do one? You know, just hint at that there's a possibility it giveaways around the corner in day three you can share what you'll be giving giving away so at this point you may be decided that you're going to give away so and so product and of course you know the more valuable the product, the more excitement you're going to get, the better the results we're going to get, the more people are going to come to your social media to check it out day five you're going to start sharing the actual give away details when the giveaway will happen. How will it happen? Where will it happen? How can people join? So we're slo...
wly all of this information you could technically put into one big post on one day, but what I'm encouraging you to do is to really break it down into kind of micro mini bite sizes for your audience and that will that will spread things out really nicely for you, so you're not just saying it one time if you're just saying at one time, the chances are that fewer people are going to see it, but if you actually take the time to break it out, you're increasing the chances that you're going to get a lot of people seeing at least one or two of those posts. Day seven is a reminder of your upcoming give away so you can just post maybe a separate photo, a different photo you have of the giveaway prize and just tell them to give aways coming up guys, are you ready? And then they ate another reminder, just kind of kind of pushing them along, getting them closer to your give away day and then day nine is when they give way actually starts. So what you can do with your giveaway is, um, actually, I'll be covering howto do the actual giveaway later, so let me just go through this entire schedule. First day ten, you're going to start prime ing and getting your fans excited about the actual sale. So for all the past two days, they wanted nine we're really talking about the giveaway, right? And it's kind of like kind of like a little carrot for a rabbit, you know, you're just kind of trying, tio encourage them to pay attention to you during this time and then so when day ten comes around you have all of these people who are now coming to your page or your profile to join your give away now is the best time to tell them guys I'm doing a sale coming in a sales coming up so what you can do is just give a little sneak peek again you know a little tease a little hint on what you're going to be selling twelve you can start to pull specifics on this actual sale when it's going to happen where it's going to happen what it is that you might be selling on dh how can people participate how can people buy from you day thirteen remind them that the sale is coming up in two days and then day fourteen reminder that the sale is coming up tomorrow so a lot of the apse that I showed you how to use like word swag or font candy if you don't want to use pictures of your own products you can also use like patterns are really cute backgrounds that you can get off of free stock websites on dh then you can just just put text you know it's just a simple announcement all you're saying is like sale's starting tomorrow at seven p m that's all you're putting in a little picture with text overlays on it and then day fifteen the ac it'll sail days happening and at the same time that your sale launches this is really important at the same time your day launches you're going to announce the giveaway winner so this insurers that when your sail us live you have all these people sitting on the edge of their seats thinking like who's who's the winner for this giveaway right so you want to make that at the same time so that a lot of people are kind of congregating around your social media pages at that time that your sale goes live and then on day sixteen when your sale is over I do recommend that your sails on lee last for six to twelve to maybe twenty four hours and after that take your sail down you want to really encourage people to get into the habit of thinking that your sales are really flash sales literally flash sales it's there for a short amount of time you're going to take it down really quickly so you really want to encourage people to get there at the time that you say you're going to be live and that it's a very short period type thing so that really encourages the urgency factor and really get them to be there when your sale is happening so on day sixteen then you can just thank everyone for participating and then tell them when your next bayliss get that ball rolling pre marketing for your upcoming sale I wanted teo let everyone know that we're doing ah whole giveaway class on saturday yes, right? And we and actually that day you're going to be not only teaching people how to do a giveaway or contest, but you're also going to be running a give away and if you could talk about yeah, yeah, so I will be teaching a full class on how to do giveaways the right way I know giveaways and conceptually it's not a new thing for a lot of us, right? We've all done giveaways or contest in the past, but I've noticed that there can be a lot of common mistakes that we tend to go through, and for that reason we do don't get much buzz auras many people entering her giveaways as it could have, so I'm going to go through teaching you what are the best practices, what you can do to make your giveaways better and what we're also going to be doing? I want to show you kind of walking through alive give away that I'll be doing on the day off that I do the workshops that's going to be really fun, so there will be some of these graphics I'd like to show you on some of the ways that you can create textile relays on top of the product photos that you have using like these are all using words swag so it's really simple you don't have to go overboard with how you're doing things. All you're saying is like, for example, this one I'm telling people at the very beginning that give away and the sail is coming up soon, and then this other photo here with the heart cook us sprinkles on top, I'm just telling people of flash sales coming up, this is the day this is the time and so it's it's really easy to have posts like these and just sprinkle it through the day to sprinkle it through the week just to remind people a sales coming up here's some other examples all of these air also word swag ah flash sale at seven pm central tonight this one is taking pre orders tonight I had a question earlier for what if you don't actually have the product that you want to sell yet on social media? So what I would recommend in that scenario is you can definitely do pre orders on social media, but what I would recommend is you at least have the prototype or have a picture of what people are going to expect. You don't have to go all out and make all ten pieces or twenty pieces or however many you anticipate will sell but it's a good idea to just have the picture and as you can see, I only had that one piece ready of the gingerbread man and the rest are all still naked. They don't have their buttons honor their bow ties on yet. So all I did was just that one piece I showed people that this is what they're going to get, and then what I was able to do. I could set a quantity in seoul ssi to say I only want to sell ten on dh, then I would see how many people will comment sold how many people actually want to buy this, and then if it ends up being more than ten, people, I can go back into sold c and I can increase that quantities so I can let more people through to buy the product. So that's a great way taking pre orders is a great way of not having to spend all that time up front when you don't know how many you're going to sell yet, and you don't know if it's going to even sell really well. So at least after the sale, you know exactly how many pieces you need to make up a certain thing. Some other graphic examples. This is something that I like. If you want to keep things a mystery, what you could do is I kind of have, like an overlay of color overly on top of something so it's kind of hard to see what's the thing behind it, and if you wanted to bring it a step further, you can even blur out the photo beneath it. I believe which app does that one of the apse that I showed you does that I believe it's font candy I thinkyou can blur out the photo a little bit where it's like cool, nice ok, yeah, so you can do it and work swag as well. And this is another one where I was, where I'm reminding people the flash sale is happening in just a few hours so I would have the sale happening at seven pm and I would pull something like this at about twelve p m so about seven six to seven hours before the actual sale was to happen, I would remind people, don't forget the sale is happening.

I vowed I would never purchase another course again because every course I've ever purchased was filled with fluff. After doing a google search regarding comment selling I came across Creative Live. Mei's honesty sold me. I am BEYOND over the moon that for only $79. Mei provided a step by step with actual reasoning behind Selling Social. I highly recommend this course!!! As needed, I will purchase courses from Mei and the future and provide you all with my honest feedback. Thank you Mei. Yoli Rapp
