Why You Need This Class
I wanted to cover first, who is this class for? Just to make sure that you guys are tuning into the right channel? If you're a maker or an artist or a designer, you know you hand make your own product. This is the perfect place for you to be in if you're a small business owner and you sell a physical product perfect as well, something on social media I haven't really seen many people selling digital products or at least I haven't seen it happen, but it doesn't mean it's not possible, but this class is really cater to words people who are selling a physical product and you want to make more sales you want to get that consistent form of income and selling on social media can definitely help you do that. So why you need this class? I want you guys to kind of visualize with me. Imagine someone is finding your website for the first time or your etsy shop, for example, and let's say they find you on facebook or instagram or maybe someone on a blawg featured your product. So someone finds you...
r link online somewhere and then they come to your website, and then they see your beautiful website and then you know they're seeing pictures of your work on your website your home page for example and then they decide oh there's a shop link I'm going to maybe click on that shop link and then they see a bunch of your products and they're going to scroll through all your products and they're going to see something they like they're going to click on that and then they're gonna read look at the prize they're going to look at the description of your product and then they decide yeah, this looks like something they want they added to cart and then you know, we're in center pete if they want to continue shopping or if they decide to check out, then they're going to have to look for the cart button to check out and then once you get to that phase you have to decide well, do you have an account? Do you have to create an account toe to sign toe sign in and then to have all that information on there so that you can check out if you have an account you log in and then you complete your check out and then the checkout itself can have like five different pages choose I'm shipping entering your credit card that's a super long like from start from when someone finds you to the end from when they check out and then anyone point during this phase someone you know you might have a dog and he's like let me out, I want to go out for a walk and then you forget about it checking out or meeting you have kids or your customer has kids and they can get distracted it's so easy to get distracted, especially when this sequence is such a long process. So all of these steps are potentially barriers for your customers to check out. What if we can lower all of those barriers? That means you get more sales, and that means it's easier for your customers to check out. So if you're selling on social media, you're really minimizing those bears were making it really easy for them to shop. They don't have to click a way to get to your website tto find your stuff and then go through the whole checkout process. This makes it really easy for them, so the conversion rates of selling on social media are really good. The fact is that everyone's on social media too, right, whether we want to admit it or not, you're already on social media. Your customers are already on social media, so if they're already hanging out there, why don't we bring our shop to where these people are already hanging out at? It just kind of makes sense so the main thing that I've been seeing when I was designing this course is that a lot of people I've noticed who are already trying to sell in social media they're not really having much success you can tell because the way too selling social media is someone comments sold or they come out with their papal invoice so you can sell in someone you can tell when someone's not making any sales because they don't have any comments and I feel like that the main reason why that is a problem is because a lot of people jump in without getting all of this prep work ready yet so this whole course well for at least the whole first segment of this course will get you prepped with all of that information so you're going out there with your best foot forward on dure you know you're optimizing for the most success so and I'm going to give you everything I know I'm not going to hold back on how you can sell in social media so my result selling on social media why am I here teaching you this today? I did a sale a week on instagram and facebook in from april to december of two thousand fourteen it was crazy I mean how many sales is that? At least thirty I think I've done a few this year as well, but I definitely kind of just buried my head in it and that's all I did for two thousand fourteen, it was crazy, and from facebook alone, that generated at least I know for sure, twenty thousand dollars in revenue for my business, which that's not pocket change, I mean, that can pay for my mortgage that can pay for a lot of things, right? So my facebook following also grew, too, from five thousand to twenty four thousand people, so it's definitely a great way for you to kind of get more people and build a community on your pages, and my instagram grew from nine hundred two, eleven thousand, just while I was doing this whole selling on social media thing. So let me show you, if you guys are not familiar with my jewelry, I make scented food, jewelry, so jewelry that looks like food, and that also smells like food and here's an example of a sale that I did on instagram a cz you can see, they're all these people commenting, sold, and all I did was just put a picture of my jewelry on instagram, and it it went great and here's another one. This kind of has a little backstory to, and I'll talk a little bit more about that in a little bit, but it's basically a mystery grab bag where it's kind of on discount and it's kind of a weird setup, right? Like I have all these charms and ziploc bags but it was like the's doing sales like these you were one of my most successful sales that I've done and I will talk more about that later and even for some higher price point products, I can definitely make cells with us too, so if you sell more premium products don't think it's not possible for you can definitely do this too, so I show you all of that not to brag, not to show you like, well, look, this is what I can do, I'm showing you all that so you can know that it's possible to do to do it to sell in social media so if you try doing it yourself, you haven't had any success I want to help you kind of reverse a little bit so you can set those rights steps in motion before you sell in social media. So and for all of you guys out there watching who, if you're kind of skeptics, I know I can be kind of a skeptic and if you're making excuses for like yeah, well, you're young and you probably have a lot of facebook friends and you know they're coming up with excuses I just I just want to share a little bit of my back story with you so when I had started my business tiny hands and I came here to the u s I had absolutely no network, I had no friends, I was born in malaysia, I did not grow up here in america, and I was basically starting my life from scratch, and this was in two thousand nine, and I had no one to model myself after at the time that I started my business tiny hands, there wasn't anyone else really doing what I was doing with scented food, jewelry. So in that way, I wasn't sure, like even even the what to call the jewelry like, do I call it fragrant jewelry? Do I call it perfume jewellery? I had no idea, so I just did my own thing and, you know, a big issue that I had was like, how do you even sell a product that you like? People don't even know exist in the first place? You know, if I think you guys are lucky, like if you sell stationery, bath and body products, people already know those things exist, so they're already looking for your product. My problem here is that people most people out there don't know tiny hands, or this concept of scented food jewelry exists, so in that way, it's been a real challenge. And I'm not. I'm not good at being sale z like that, and I know a lot of you guys can relate to me there. You know, you're an introvert, you don't like kind of pushing and selling to people your products, so I can totally relate to you there. What's. Nice about selling on social media is, in a way, you're not being still z, and I can talk a little bit more about that leader, but basically, big picture. You can do this for yourself, okay, for your own business. You can do this, too, with whatever you have you have, you have everything you need, and if you don't, I'm going to give that to you here today.

I vowed I would never purchase another course again because every course I've ever purchased was filled with fluff. After doing a google search regarding comment selling I came across Creative Live. Mei's honesty sold me. I am BEYOND over the moon that for only $79. Mei provided a step by step with actual reasoning behind Selling Social. I highly recommend this course!!! As needed, I will purchase courses from Mei and the future and provide you all with my honest feedback. Thank you Mei. Yoli Rapp
