Vocal Melodies Introduction
Hello and welcome to this section all about writing vocal melodies. So if you're not really a singer, I still recommend going through this section just so you can learn how to write the vocal melodies. And then of course, you can hire in a singer and get them to sing it. You can still write vocals. You can still write lyrics. Even if you're not really a singer, we can give it a go see what your voice sounds like on the track. It might be good enough, it might be pretty good. There are a lot of music producers who sing on the tracks that aren't amazing singers because their lyrics and their melodies are so strong. It actually sounds pretty good. So you don't have to be the best singer in the world for this to actually work. But I do recommend if you can get a singer in to sing over your track. It depends what you want. If you can sing, sing yourself, if you want to have guest vocalists that I do a lot of the time, maybe get an external singer in and get them to sing on your tracks, but ...
it's still important to learn how to write vocal melodies. So make sure you still continue going through these lectures, even if you're not a singer.
