Furniture
So always scan the furniture section because you just never know what you're going to find. Even if you're not looking for furniture. We redecorated my daughter's bedroom, and I let her come to the trip story picked out of ten dollars, desk, and we painted it, made it look really awesome. So pieces like this, where the finish isn't great, you could take this home. You can re finish it, or you can just paint right over it, and you'll have a nice table and really inexpensively. The other thing I looked for chairs, I love mismatched chairs, on the dining room tables and just throughout the house, and I noticed these chairs. They're really interesting because of the backs. You could do some fun things in the backs, and often I will take yarn and fabric and weave through the cane ing in the back. But, you know, keep it open mind, because again, it's, not a large investment, and you can have a lot of fun with the furniture that you find here.

I loved that the class gave me actionable ideas that I can use when I visit thrift stores. I shop for yarn and fabric for thrift stores, but had not thought of using clothes outside of their intended purposes.
