e some good news here, there is a free option. Audacity has a wonderful program for recording voiceover and it's free just google Audacity and you can download it to your computer. You can also find videos on youtube if you want some tutorials on how to use that specific program. There will also be cables, headphones, a pop filter and a mic stand, wow, that sounds like a lot of stuff, doesn't it? And yes, if you're starting from scratch and buying high end equipment. This list could have you spending between 3500 and $4000. But don't stop this video yet because you do not have to spend anywhere near that to start recording good audio for clients. Let's see what you might already have on hand. 1st computer chances are you already own a computer and that will work great. Your digital audio workstation free. That's a good price. Right headphones. A set of earbuds will work fine. Why do we need? These headphones are really helpful in editing our audio to make sure the final product is good for our clients Cables, a pop filter and a mic stand altogether might cost you $75. Not bad. So far, we're looking much better than $4,000. Right in the coming lessons, we'll break down different equipment options as well as how to find the right space in your house for recording your audio.
