I'll start by introducing myself. I'm anna and I'm an instructor here at grow with google. I'm so excited that you're here with us. Welcome to Part two of Our Workshop Series designed to help you improve your website. Third, the site offers an easy and convenient experience for visitors, whether they're using a desktop computer or mobile device. 4th, the web pages and content are well organized and intuitive to navigate. And finally, a great website is trustworthy consumers feel that their information is safe in today's presentation will take a more detailed look at how you can implement these important characteristics into your own site. Google analytics can help you do that with reports that show what customers do on your site. We'll also introduce a second tool called google. Optimize.
