Your 45-minute Social Media Workflow
we're gonna get into a 45 minute media workflow. I don't want us working harder. I want us working smarter. And I think sometimes when I tell people that there is such a thing as a 45 minute workflow, people are like, You're crazy. I don't believe you. Now I have to before we start draw a very clear line of distinction because there is this temptation to spin in circles and say, I'm so busy. I'm so busy all the time. I'm on social media doing all the things Now I have to make sure and let you know that that business is not the same as running a business number One is that we have to make. The commitment is if we're going to say we're gonna work 45 minutes on our business, we're gonna break that up into two very distinct categories Number one, business growth and number two personal. Don't get them convoluted because then you tell yourself a false narrative. It takes so much time. What is really taking the time? The business building. Are you surfing the web? Loving those cat means. Oka...
y, so now we're gonna say is now that we know there's a difference. What we're going to do is use a 45 minute, specifically four business, and we're not gonna tell ourselves a different story. And I also please note that for the 1000th time you will hear me say this is about consistency, strategy and the long game. So I'm using this as a framework. I encourage people to use as little or as much of this insight the inspiration that you need. And the minute I created this systematized project, I felt like all the frustration I felt for not having time then became This is my dedicated time. I do the best I can with what I have in this space. So what we're gonna do is, um, understand that the templates are really great to drive social conversations. But the templates don't tell you how to talk about your own business, because the only person who could talk about your business better than anybody else is you. So when we go into planning content, I have frame working, and then I have stuff that I need to specifically speak about my business. So keep pay special attention as to how we start using that. So I set aside, This is what I normally do. This is my normal regular pattern. Is ice at a time aside every single week to create my plan for the week? And when I do that, I realized that I can't skip the planning part and then expect to execute 45 minutes each day. It's the planning part that empowers me to stay in the 45 minutes a day so I can't skip this part. So this is the one thing you must do every single week, and that's to plan your content for the week. So I post six days a week on Instagram and Facebook. I will rotate taking either a Saturday or Sunday off, just laying this out for you and time wise. Now, I post once a day on Instagram and I post twice a day for most days on Facebook. I also post on Twitter, and I also post on YouTube, but I'm not gonna focus that on our social media flow. I'm just gonna focus on the two. If you had to pick two platforms to really build out foreign plan for its gonna be Facebook and instagram now, the one question I want you to ask yourself are before we move forward is how many times are you gonna post in a week? What's your goal? Even scribble down in your notes? Because how we reverse engineer how we get to where you want to go is knowing what are your expectations and your goals. I am telling you, I post six times a week on Instagram and I post around 10 times a week on Facebook. So what then do I need to do? I need to think of six instagram posts and 10 Facebook crows as part of my weekly 45 minute planning session. Cool. Now step one of this plan that takes me 45 minutes as I select three social curator photos that I'll use for the week and assigning one to each day. I have six instagram post for the week. I select three lifestyle stock imagery. You will pick how many times a week you wanna post on instagram and you're gonna pick which of those photos that you would like to put in that and that takes me about five minutes. Step number two. I complete three social curator captions personalizing with the responses by filling the blanks, signing one to each day, each corresponding to the lifestyle sock imagery. Five minutes. I pick three lifestyle photos. 10 minutes. I come in my captions, I read them and firing through Step number three. Choose one business related photo and write a caption. Now, here are some suggestions what your business does. A review of your most popular product or service and assigning it to one day of the week. I have three caption templates I customize, and I just choose one of these. I talk about a business related photo about what my business does. I empower entrepreneurs to show up on social media every single day to build a brand and market their business. I say that at least once a week on Instagram Step number four, Choose another business related photo and write a caption suggestions. Customer reviewer testimonial, unique uses of what you sell last step and that Step five. Choose a business related photo and write a caption. Here are other suggestions. Team introduction, packaging details, behind the scenes Ah, tutorial or how to? And then I assign it to each day of the week What you just saw me do was break down three lifestyle photography photos using social curator captions to framework and three photos about my business. But all not hate by what I'm selling. We've done tutorials. We've been behind the scenes. We've been unique. I've been team introductions all of these things every single week. Rinse and repeat. Now, the first time you do this, it might not take you 45 minutes. I get that, but it's just like riding a bike. The more you do it, the faster you get. You literally train and in grain, your brain. So now that you've seen what I do on one day out of the week and how I plan everything out now I have to planet in, ah, Planner later plan Planet Lee and then schedule them in Facebook. Now, I don't have to go through and do that automatically. I just have to write Monday. This instagram post will be on Thursday Facebook post. I just make a little note of it now that I have everything already outlined and now I have my plan for the week, my big objective engagement, where I will spend the majority of my time on Social in the middle of the week is engagement. I would venture to guess that any of you in the past three days have probably gotten a d. M from me in response between 4 30 in the morning and five in the morning. Anybody here can testify? 12 three. Okay, All right, All right, so I work. This is part of my work flow. I know that people are like What the heck? Stacey, I sent you a voice memo at 4 45 on Sunday morning. Girl, I'm about to get on the flight, said, I'll see there. Don't worry. It's part of what I do. I have my 45 minute plan for the week on Sunday. This is what I do every single day because my post already be done takes me one minute to post it to Facebook. And let's take a little bit of a brief second. I will plan my post on Facebook, but to the best of my ability, all go through and in and post it automatically. So all schedule it. Let's say 4 p.m. On Thursday and then I'll have a calendar notification to pop up and remind me that I should post it automatically on my push to click. Why I've noticed and this is all like hypothesis. I've noticed that when I schedule my post on Facebook, they don't perform as well as when I actually go in and post in real time. I know that just like extra. But I'm like, Listen, I'll think whatever for your unique engagement I can take So just a note. I take the one posted a minute to post on Instagram in a minute to post on Facebook. Why? I already planned for it at the beginning of the week. And then I responded. Take Teoh direct messages. 10 minutes on instagram, 10 minutes on Facebook. If for some reason I don't have any Facebook messages, I double down on responding on D M's or sending D. M's. Whatever the day holds for me, I respond to comments. I get more comments on Instagram than I do on Facebook, and I go through about 10 minutes each day, five minutes on Facebook and then I went out five minutes leaving comments on other Instagram posts, and that has been five minutes, leaving comments on other Facebook posts or in a Facebook group. If I am not getting the engagement that I wanted my page. This is 45 minutes of action each day. But the question then becomes it. Can you commit to minutes? Because it's so easy to like It's gonna take me three hours. I'm just not gonna do anything at all. 45 minutes has a big impact. So now that we say okay, it is possible. And it's something that I do on the regular. Um, I have to tell you that I resist and I refuse to get distracted people like it's impossible for you to respond to those many diem's in that money that short amount of time. And I'm like I do it every day because it's like everything goes off for that 10 minutes. Yes, it is. It s positive this and I already have. Like I mentioned, opt ins related to the top five most frequently asked questions. When you set your mind to something and you tell yourself you can do it, it works. So I do not get distracted, and I encouraged to do the same. And as a quick reminder, every day is different There are times where I hustle and I put out to Facebook posting a day and they get, like, one common each. I'm not spending 10 minutes on Facebook, responding to one comment right, taking 20 seconds to respond to a comment. So what do I do then? Oh, I go into the social curator facebooker bunnies that excess time to be in that group or I go on, engage on Instagram. Your days look different where you want to grow. Your tribe looks different and remember, you must give what you want to get. You have no comments. Go and give 10 comments. If you have an extra 10 minutes, go on, leave Ted. Extra comments, give, give, give, give and give. And this crazy thing. I can't even prove it. Maybe it's science or not, is the more I give, the more a receipt. It's bananas, and this is what I preach to other people because it's hard and it takes time, and so few people do it, so when you do it, you stick out

This is by far the best social media class I've ever taken, and I can't believe the price tag! I've spent way more on many other courses that can't even compare. This is truly a whole blueprint and so well produced. I love Jasmine's humor and down to earth strategy. One of the best business purchases I've ever made!
