Finding Files and Using Metadata
Adding and searching files for key words this is where things get really really powerful in bridge and again you can search by keywords using the bridge search field up here okay so I go ahead and zero out the search that I did and I haven't set up any key words for my files here so we're going to do that together keywords like I said earlier not just for photographers for example I loved chief flowers you may have noticed a few of my malley flowers running around here so if I'm shooting lots of different things I could say that key words for malley flowers and that way I could very quickly find all of the pictures in a given folder on my hard drive that have those key words I could find them very fast if you're shooting weddings or portrait she could add those key words to your files and get to them and for designers you can add client names is key words and that's really something that I want to hit home in this class today is all the different things that bridge can do for designers...
you know when I see folks teaching photo shop in bridge and these applications like this it's so rare these days to find anybody that really has any goodies or gyms for designers so I'm a designer someone and make sure that y'all gotta get you'll get all the wonderful tips ok so let's find a folder of pictures ok, so let's start adding some key words I'm going to go ahead and set up another favorite so that can easily access the files so I'm gonna put this guy right underneath pictures and again I'm just creating a favorite by dragging and dropping over into that particular panel so here's a folder full of pictures and on import I did give these guys a custom name but let's say you didn't ok so key words or super simple toe ad when I'm going to do is click to activate a folder and either the favorites panel your folders panel or using your path bar appear at the top and we're simply going to select all ok because I have these are all similar pictures, so I want to give them similar keywords okay, so maybe we'll start from here and will cruise up and then I'm going to shift click to activate all of those files in between and I know that they're active because now they've got this little yellow border marching around them now in the essentials workspace, which is what we're in you're going to see this key words panel toward the bottom right of your screen if you don't see that panel, he can turn it on by choosing window key words any of these guys that have a checkmark mean that they're on sitting in special panel is not currently turned on so I mentioned earlier that all these panels airy, sizable I'm gonna increase the size of my key words panel a little bit by simply pointing my mouse at the dividing line between the two panels and when your cursor changes into the double sided arrow, then you can click and drag, and this is just going to make my key word panel the larger. Now you'll see that I've got some key words in here. Okay, these air coming from other programs it's meditated information that's stored inside the file. Okay, so don't let that throw you who's been in here adding key words I didn't add no stinking keywords where those come from, they came from whatever program you may have used to import them or anything else that was buried, you know, inside the file. So how do you add key words? It's? Very simple to museum in here so you can see here we are at the bottom right of the key word panel, and we have a microscopic plus sign. I once asked adobe being kind of snarky could don't make these icons any smaller, and they said no, really there at the minimum size nails like, yeah, I know that s o can't make him any larger, so anyway, so you add a new key word by clicking the plus sign. Okay, similarly, if you have key words in here that you don't want to use any more than you could click to activate them and then click the tiny little trash can icon you'll also notice that we have another little icon to the left of the plus sign this lets you assign sub key words so for example, we're going to do that in a minute if let's say I did a bunch of menus for a restaurant treachery on pearl which I did I might add a key word t o p standing for treachery on pearl and within that key word I could make sub keywords for menus, wine bottle labels and so on and so forth isjust you know how far you just need to think about what you might search on do you often times need to find all the menus you did for this client? Do you often times like we did earlier need to find all the business cards that you've done or in the realm of photography? Do you often times need to see all the wedding shots you know so you could have client names is a key word in them within that key word you could have a sub keyword uh based on just about anything that type of chutes that you did you know, if it was portrait sora fall sitting or a spring sitting or chris our holiday card sitting and so on and so forth it just depends on the there's no right or wrong with this stuff but the more you begin using keywords, the more opportunities that you'll think of in the future and if you can get into the habit and it does it will be a little painful efforts but if you can give yourself some kind of treat like if you have a favorite beverage or what have you just want to spend some quiet time you're looking at photos photos are pretty, you know for the most part and then just treat yourself tio adding those keywords knowing that it's going to increase your productivity in your efficiency a million fold down the road okay, so we've gotten all these photos activated now I'm ready to add a key word so may click that little plus sign at the bottom right of the panel and immediately I get a new key word field with a blinking cursor so there's no need tio clique within that field you just start typing so click the plus sign start typing. All right, so I'm going to give these a key word of let's say maui and then within that I'm going to add a sub keyword for flowers, so now I'm gonna click the little plus sign to the left of the plus sign and see how it gave me another field invented underneath the key word it's associated with so I could type flour ok, press returned to let bridge know that you're finished now to apply both of those key words there already active over here in the content panel, you just check, check, give bridge a moment, and it's applied that key word to all of those photos. Okay, so now I can search for those key words and find those images a lot faster. So now let's, take a look at a another use for that let's, go over here to the clients folder and let's say that I need to label everything I've ever done for our homeowners association as a key word. Okay, so I'm in my client's folder. I've gone into the wonderland hill h away, and now, instead of drilling down into all these folders, how can I easily see everything that's inside all of those folders at once? We're going to use that flattened view that we looked at earlier, so that's, click that little chevron or greater than sign to the right of the currently after folder in the path bar and she's show items from some folders. Ok, now we've got everything I'm gonna go ahead and choose the view menu, and I'm gonna turn off folder view now I'm gonna select all of those files or activate all those filed rather a couple ways you can do that you can do with the keyboard shortcut that's command a on a mac or control a on a pc or you can go up teo the it's got to be in the menu item somewhere there it is edit select all so now all those files are active okay, so whatever I do over here in the keywords panel is going to apply to those files okay? So here's an h away key word no, this is a great opportunity to prove to you that this metadata travels along with the file because I didn't add any key words here in bridge I copied all these files this computer last night so that's key wording coming from the file itself so it held from computer to computer which is also nice so we're going to turn on the h away file a keyword rather and now bridges saying hey hey hey meta data can't be added to all file times you cannot admit a data two pages files pages is a fabulous little page layout program on the mac you cannot add meditated the word documents why microsoft? Can you not do that? Nobody knows so if you have activated some files that simply cannot store meta data, then bridge will skyrocket you in this form and let you know that you can't hold it responsible so we're going to say yes I understand that bridge do your best and there we have it so now if I were to add another sub keyword under h away it would show up down there so now let's get out of this file and I come back over here tio clients and let's say I know that h away folders in there I don't care I was going to go straight to the bridge search the top right and type in h away press return remember you do have to press return because nothing is gonna happen until you do and then bridge immediately dives into that h away or that wonderland hill each away folder and gives me all of that information so do you think of keywords for clients as well as photography now let's do it one more time let's go ahead and clear out this search that's another good thing to note I'm back in the client's folder but I'm on ly seeing a few things to make sure to clear out that and now oh that's what I'm not seeing things do as I say not as I do I'm still not seen any folders and they cleared out my search that's because I have folders turned off so choose view now minutes show folders there we go where my folders g o so now it's let's do this again so I'm gonna go into my treasury on pearl folder and then I'm going to choose to show flattened view by clicking the chevron show everything and then I'm going to select all and we're gonna come down here to my key word panel and we're gonna click the plus sign and we're going to give this a client name for everything I've done for that client gop stands for treasury on pearl press return click the checkbox to have bridge apply those key words to those files maybe I can't do it to some of them maybe I can okay bridge say yes now let's deactivate some of these files and it's going to click one so that all of them are active and we're going to come down here and we're going to add a sub key word okay, so we're in the keyword panel here and word and click that plus sign to the left of the large plus sign and then we're going to add many ok, so now I'm gonna find my folder of menus case on their arm inside of that again I'm going to do the flattened view and select all turn on that menu keyword again bruce says I may not be able to stall the files that's fine okay great so now that has been done so let's say to put that to use we're back over here in the client's folder quickly I need to make a change for the restaurant right to now let's do t o p it found all of those so these air all the files that have the key word t o p and I thought that maybe you can't do a nested keyword search in the search field okay well that's sorting me just a tiny bit but that is ok because we cannot be thwarted but anyway you guys get the idea of how useful that could be you know what I think to do two key word we may have to use that find feature so let's come back here to your clients and let's do the dialog box find so edit find or command if or control if now let's say hey bridge looking clients if you would and under criteria let's put in both of our key words there and I have a feeling this is where you have to do that ok, so we're going to cheese key words from the first poppet menu and from the second poppet menu you can set this according to how you've assigned your keywords contains does not contain starts with so on and so forth so we're just going to say contained gop and from the second line we can also set that two key words contains menu if all criteria or men include also folders find there we go day that's a lesson and never giving up never ever ever so now what we've done is we've very quickly drilled down tio just what you want to see so that's one possible situation in which you might want to do those nesting key words, but as we've learned here, live on the bleeding edge, you can type in both key words here would have been cool if he could, but alas, you cannot ok, so now let's, talk a little bit. Well, first, are there any questions on key words? Because we're going to switch to meta data, which is a little similar, but if there's any questions on keywords first, we can take those. They're definitely questions from the internet anything from anyone in class. Okay, great. So best shot is one thing when naming files or key words, is it still important to use all lower case and no spaces? Or is this a thing of the past? In my humble opinion, it's a thing of the past, but when you're signing keywords, I realize that to do anything with those key words, you're going to be typing. So you might not wanna have keywords that air this long, just because by the time it took you to type out the key word, you probably could've drill down and the folder structure and found the files to begin with unless you type really, really fast, like I did. Yeah, so try to keep them short. That's like who on earth wants to type out treasury on pearl to try to find all those files, right? And who can remember how to spell trenary? It doesn't have to tease as I have to ours, so try to keep him, you know, short because realize you're gonna be typing those things couple of clarification questions about where else you can search for these key words steve hammel, dot com from the u k if you create keywords in bridge or they only usable within bridge, or does it store the key words in the file and they could be searched using finder and then the other one wass was about from w d the laney do the keywords meta data added enbridge philip researchers outside of cs applications, I'm on c s six at work, but others don't have this application. Okay, those air really great questions thank you so much for for asking those questions, key words or stored within the file. It is part of meditative so just like you saw a couple of key words come over from the files that copy to this computer yesterday, they travel with the files case of key words go along, you can see those keywords in any program that will read them, so if we were to import some of these photos let's say those malley flowers we would import them into light room on this computer any key words that I've assigned to them enbridge are going to show up in light room in vice versa you can search on those key words with any search tool that can read them I do believe on a mac spotlight can read meta data I think because one of the great things about spotlight where the big hole things and mac os ten when it came out was that not on lee can you use it to search for file names but any instance of that particular word even if it's inside the file so for example, one of these menus if I type if I do a search for the word trattoria and I've got a word document or a pages document in there even if that's not in the file name is still going to be returned in the spotlight search because it's not only looking at the final name but what's inside the file okay, so anything that can find that can look inside a file and see metadata those key words are going to be there and you can use that to search for them great questions uh pair eleven is wondering could you perhaps he's boolean phrases like or and between the keywords in search absolutely so back in the keyword search in the find dialog box which is where you go when you need to do multiple criteria even if it's sub key words then you've got all of this information now as faras you know let's just try that billion thing so let's come back out here to clients and let's type gop and menu didn't really work there so billions refer tio special characters and stuff that you can dont bullion queries and google are you know you're operating system and so forth but I don't think that bridge window has that but that fine dialog box has a lot of the same things in these poppet menus so probably want to do it there did you try whether our did to show us whether you can put a comma in between the keywords that was from uni underscore in the key word or searching I'm sorry I think when searching in between the key words when yeah doesn't seem to work putting a common between them doesn't seem to work right and as far as creating key words you wouldn't want to put any punctuation and they're really not that it would kick it out but I don't know that it would do any good um I think we're going to go great so now let's talk about another thing that we can use to search on and before we hop over to metadata let's talk briefly about finding files that you specific fonts and color swatches okay, great thing for designers we're going to come back over here, tio, our clients folder and let's take a peek that some of these files I've made and let's, just look at the kind of information that we can see here in bridge, which is really quite incredible. So another thing I did for the restaurant was that I made these signs in illustrator that we're going to be printed on metal so kind of a vinyl die cut situation and let's say that I needed to know what colors we're using those files? Well, let's, look at what everything is stored in those files so let's, click the meta data well, tad, and we see all kinds of helpful information when you scoot over a little bit and skip down. But look at this right here we've got funds in meta data isn't that amazing? So I can see that the fund that was used in this particularly or this currently active file was coaching one of my favorite font, c o c h I and it's, a beautiful sara font and other things that I can see within the metadata panel for that particular file his color information, I can see the different color plates so I can see at a glance in bridge without opening the dad gum file as the sand like a document here's all the documents, watches that are used so how would this be handy if you're a designer and you need to find certain files you did for a client that included a certain fun you can type I'm right into the fine field not the bridge surge that the find dialog box and also you can quickly look if you're in a production environment if you let's say head of the contractor at your you know design agency your company or what have you and you sub let some of the work you get those files back before you put those free send those files to press you need to make sure that the color plates are correct maybe you need to make sure that certain pantone colors were used in those documents for example the only way to get the true ups brown color is by using a pantone color okay is especially mix special super duper inc that is mixed to be exactly that same shade of brown every single time it's used on press right if you did not use that pantone brown and you just used brown from the color picker and in designer illustrator in houston that file to press it's not going to be that exact shade of ups brown so in a production environment especially with clients for using pms colors like that it's crucial that you check those files for accuracy before you send them to press also if you've prepared a true grayscale document in your senate if you prepared a black and white document and you send it to press it may not be an actual grayscale document it may while the image may look great you still may have all kinds of color plates going on and on a printing press you get charged for every plate of cookies in other colors another ink that you have to use so this is a really handy way just in bridge without having to open up the file to make sure that all of your color information is accurate and again very handy if you're working with a team environment in design or you're working with contractors and things like that so let's take a look at searching for those real quick and then we'll take some questions on there because I know that there there would be ok so now it's come back over to our clients folder and let's use the command effort control if on a pc to open the fine dialogue because this is the only thing that can search metadata this conduce key words but not meta data so this fund swatch information is meta data so let's come over here and say hey bridge looking clients if you would and then for this first pop it in you let's change it tio all meta data that way we don't have we don't have to worry about which section of the metadata it's in case and never going to say contains let's say that I want to find all the documents that I have used or that I've created with one of my other favorite fonts, which is hopeful, er helpful if you spell it right, and now that's all I want to do so I don't need that second line of find criteria, somebody click the little minus sign include all sub folders, and then when I click find it went out and it found the only two instances ah, files that can store meta data, okay, if if that font was used in a word file, it ain't never going to show up here. I know this font was used in several pages documents, which is that page layout program on a mac can't search the meta data can't store the meta data for some weird reason. Come on, apple, but I can see here that I did indeed use that hopefully fun on these two files. So that's a really neat thing again for designers that you can use bridges find command to search for fonts and colors, watches, which is really quite cool, I think any questions on that part using your men, your designer brain? I'm putting as a photographer, larry, but I was looking for a black and white like I have a client and I can't remember the name off the the model that I had in in black and white how can I use thiss search for file that has bob that is in black and white? I'd like to say yes, this is I haven't tested that I'm not really sure let's go over here and take a peek at photos and see what kind of color information is stored in images so raw files or j pegs under final properties we've got color mode, so perhaps we could use that find dialog box let's see all meta data if you had changed that color mode to gray scale, you could indeed type in gray scale here, but that would be something that you would do in photo shop if you were you know you really wanted a grey scale document that had no color information in it, so it looks like he can search on color modes in photo shop but for color treatment like creative color like black and wise impartial color stuff like that I would assign a key word to those files when you're creating them instead okay? Because it depends on how you do how you accomplished black and white whether or not that information is stored in the meditative so here we can see that color mode is indeed stored, but I could have a black in my rgb image so that's not really going to help me and let's cancel out of that so to figure out what you can search on, take a spin through this meta data, and if it's there you khun search on it, but things like black and wide or any kind of treatment that you did either in camera, raw or photo shop isn't going to show up here, so that to me would be a prime example or a prime opportunity for key wording. You know, if you do a lot of dio tone, she might, you know, assign a dual tone, keep keyword there black and whites things like that partial color, I'm gonna get stuff uh, studio wendy is asking does bridge support png files? And if so, does the meta data travel with the png? Since p and g's don't have a spot for holding metadata? Oh, goodness bridge can absolutely read png fouls it can read any any kind of file all the image file format you're going to get these nice previews for so let's say, I'm seeing all kinds of metadata information here for that pain, and if we wanted tio, add a keyword tio just so we could test that part. I could add the key word jay and click to assign it, and then he'd come back over here to clients and then use our search field for single key word, and it found that so as far as the pings or not goingto have, you know, fun information, of course, because it can because it's a flat format but keywords definitely great, thanks for taking us through that labrie time example question from j mark star sixty five building on that is that color and fought search only available for specific filed types. I tried it with the psc file and I don't see that information. Yeah, it is going to be specific final times illustrator in design cork's got it t even bridge, she does not see it lt, um, let's see run john from kolkata in india regular think yeah, are the list of key words stored anywhere. If the hard disk has to be formatted, would there be a way to retrieve the previously set he words it is in the bridge application folder? I believe so you'd have to read around in there to find all that kind of stuff, your preferences and all that good stuff, right from best shot. Is there a quick way of searching portrait versus landscape? But us it's parents you could question is, is there a quick way to search for portrait versus landscape? If thesaurus where they're using to import the image attach? Is it first off elements? Does that automatically? I can't member flight room doesn't automatically or not, but it very well may there's a certain set of key words that are applied to your photos just by default, especially in element things like blurry, you know, out of focus things like that head shot and so on and so forth, so if you'd imported the photo with an application that assigned stuff like that automatically, you know absolutely but if you haven't, you khun search on dimensions, but I don't know if there's an actual orientation part of the metadata you know, landscape versus portrait, but we could find out real quick by bringing up our fine dialogue and from the criteria c hearing we've got color, mood, color profiles, another one bit dip that might be useful if you're searching for all of your sixteen bit images versus your eight the images sixteen bit simply means it's got a large range of color show this is funny urgency everything's urgent oh, so yeah, I'm not seeing a an orientation that's an attribute that stored automatically. So can you change the contains? Does that have greater than you could do like height greater than with? I think you could so we could come back up here and choose I'm looking for pixel size and I don't really see anything so e just the height and with their like about five down from where you are selected, so there were housing for pixels so yeah, we've got all that does not equal was less than is greater than and all that kind of stuff you could do something like that you could yeah, if you know what pixel dimensions that your camera captures, you could certainly do that, you know, anything over, you know, four thousand with is going to be, you know, landscape she could do that. All right? I think we're going to keep going. Great. All right, so now we've talked a little bit about some of this other metadata that's going on over here so let's clear out this search that we've got going on here in back tio our clients folder change our view just a little bit here. So as we've been discussing meditated includes, you know, file properties day created size, all that kind of good stuff, but something that you might want to add is copyright info, right? Ok, so let's, take a look at how to do that, then we're going to come down here to the pictures folder, and now you can add your own meditated in a couple of different ways. You can add it on a file by file basis or you can set up meditated templates, so we're gonna look at how did you both so for the photographers out there, let's, activate one of these photos and let's, come into the file menu and choose file open, or you can simply press command I for info on a mac, or control I on a pc, and we get this handy dialog box so things that you might want to add to all files, especially photos, might be copyright status. Ok, here's, another opportunity for assigning keywords your tea and ratings that were not named iranians here. So in this section, this is where I find myself adding most of my own metadata, so I'm gonna change the copyright status too, copyright it. And then within the copyright notice field, we're going type in my name and then I'm gonna tapped the next field. This is optional. You don't have to put in a yard sale here, but a fun one that I like to do is elisa dot com don't steal my photos, and then you could set up your own web page with that that you could really shame somebody into not stealing them and really work. It might make you feel a little bit better, but it's, not really in a matter, so I've got that meta data now, and I can say, ok, great it's applied to that one file well, what if I want to apply it tio all these files, yes, I could select all by person command and america controlling on a pc and then do the file file info but that's not going to help you when you important pictures. Okay, so what you can do is set up in meditated template instead. Okay, so you can do that in two places. You can do it from the file info dialog box. Okay, so here again I'm gonna set the copyright status to copyrighted lisa snyder and we won't worry about the uriel. So instead of just saying ok at the bottom of dialog box which you want to do is find a little import but anyone and click the downward pointing triangle and choose export and bridges going to safe where would you let me put this file? Where you going to give it a meaningful name? I might name this one photo lisa, right and click save and I can click ok to get out of that now when I import more photos, all this shit clicked activity if you hear now I can come up here file info and there's another place to do this. So I'll show you that in a second click the same import button and now she's import and it gives you the opportunity tio clear out everything else or just keep everything that's there, but if you find any fields that aren't filled in in the original data, match it with my template and then import that information so we can say, ok, and now it asked you, which meditated template? Do you want to apply? And you can just click that right there and say, load and say, ok, now, if we go back into one of those files, we see the copyright information is there so that's one way to make make a meditated template, let me show you the other way. The other way is to try to the tools menu, and she has create meditated template. I personally don't like this method because it's confusing to me because there's so much information and it takes a little bit to drill down into where the copyright info is if that's what you're adding and for photographers that's mainly what you're going to be interested in, but see it's a matter of scrolling down through all this information. Oh there's copyright owner so then we can expand turn on that field, click the little I can next to that real intuitive, isn't it not? S so you have to click that little dog your piece of paper there, and then you could come in here and type and all your information. So that's another way to do I just like the design of the other dialog box better because it's just you know not as busy and everything but this creates you know a template so of course she would come appear to the top and we might name this one photo lisa version to just so we don't over at that other one and then we click safe now that hasn't really applied it to any image ok, so that I could come in here and select all go back it to the tools menu and you can choose to upend it which is to tack it on so it's accessible right here so perhaps you might create the meditated template over in the file info dialog box and maybe you would use the tools meaning to apply it once you've created a template, then you can just use the tools menu teo upend it or replace and then if you need to edit those templates anytime you could do here as well. So that's just a little bit on metadata templates and I mentioned earlier that it is a habit that you got to get into you you won't have to there's no you know key wording metadata police but if you really want to use bridge to find files fast and adding that kind of stuff can be really helpful now another thing that you could put into meta data it is client information okay so if we come back over here to the clients holder and we cruise down too you know our treasury on pearl file and we did that show adams from sub folder thing then we could select all and apply a meditate a template to that so not only can you bury client information in key words but you could do in metadata as well so it's just however you you know like to work just like we set up the t o p keyword earlier for try to realign pearl and in the menu sub key word you could put client names in the metadata too if you find that health also six and one and a half dozen in the other I would be tempted to use keywords for client information instead of the meditated because you can access key words right here in the search field for bridge okay instead of having to use that find dialog box any questions on that part yes uh talking about the couple right what I did I set up my camera well it for my water would have my couple right on the border when they want to use when I use it so when doing this whole you over right what the camera has set up so just so I understand your question are you talking about a water mark no uh just cooperate when when I set up my camera conventionally brand it one of the menu is setting up the owner and couple right? Okay, so the camera itself is applying the copyright information yes and so using all the photos are my partners would have mike operate right and using this will it on the right it or I believe it would yeah so if you're cameras assigning copyright information, you set that up in the cameramen yourself then if you did it here, whatever you do here would override it even if you chose to upend the information because I believe you've just got one field in that meditated for copyright, you know I mean you couldn't have like multiple copyright fields and that metadata information so I think in this case it would be overriding it but if you use that upend feature or you know, just add any meta data that that is filled in in the template that doesn't already exist in the meditate of this image if it you know then it would be adding it but if it's already there in that same field and then it it would be overriding yeah, yeah, but she wouldn't want you wouldn't need to do it in two places anyway, so if you set that up in camera great that's easier that's right uh kelly our hopes to do follow did that help her? Yes, the reason I asked that this when I started doing pictures I just put my name and then in the future when I changed the couple right toe photography in stay over you know her it becomes a company are cutting right instead of the old I think just changing the couple right name that's all right so what we're talking about is let's say used to do all of your photography under let's say at least a snyder right and then I branded myself as photo at least if I want to go back in and change all that copyright information bridge will be a fabulous place to do it thanks for bringing with them it's great so along the same lines telephoto dogs says if I create a new metadata and want to play it to every single photo in my twenty twelve folder what is the best way we'll have to go to each individual file folder or can I do it to multiple folders at once great question so what you would do is you would choose that folder let's say it's a folder name two thousand twelve oldest we'll use our stock art folder just for a visual here then we could tell a bridge to show us a flattened view right and then you would select all or choose at it select all my press command aor control eh and then you would have created a meditated template and then you would assign it using the tools menu upend or replace depending upon what you want tio so you know go in there and create your template um create your temple it first and then you know assigned at all okay question from kelly are how do you delete a meditate a template or would you I don't think that you would really because it's it wouldn't serve you any purpose sounds a bit naughty well, let me think about it if I downloaded cem you know, if I purchased on in the dry it's got meditated in their copyright information why would I want to strip that out? I want to do something nefarious with it I think I think the suggestion was more of like how do you say I make a twenty twelve men today the template that I apply to things and then it's twenty thirteen how do I get rid of the twenty twelve one? Should I just update? Yeah, you would update your template so you come up here to the tools many and edit meditated template so you wouldn't necessarily have to create a new one for every year you could just go in and if you put the date in there with the copyright info but typically don't put my name in there and kelly are responded and said, what if I made a duplicate of something so because I guess I'm just not seeing a delete meditated template well, you can replace upend you could probably read around in the application and find you know where those templates live and then deleted if you want it, but they don't take that very much file space on at this moment, I can't think of a good reason why you would worry yourself with deleting one, because you could probably have a million in there, and it wouldn't take up a megabyte of space, because, it's, just text, I think we can keep going down. All right, so what we've been looking at so far is adding keyword information, searching for key words. We've looked at searching for metadata. We've looked at adding metadata, and we've looked at working with metadata templates.

I have purchased all of Lesas Deep dive classes and have learned so much. She makes it easy to understand and she gives you examples and goes through them more than once so you understand. This is the class that not only shows you how to but what you can do. She gives you ideas and she is a joy to watch and listen to. I can say enough good things about Lesas classes and I am so glad to have them in my tool box to refer back to anytime I am stumped on how to fix problem in Photoshop. Thank you Lesa!!

Lesa Snider did a fantastic job communicating the many uses, features, and benefits of Bridge through this course. Understanding how to use Bridge has changed the way that I manage my photos and information and by extension, the productivity of my business. This the second course taught by Lesa that I have taken. I give her and this course my highest recommendation!

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it! Review my page: E Cigarette Reviews at Jigsy
