Shooting in Manual Mode Recap
So when you're out there making landscape photography, remember that there are several things that you should keep in mind as you're looking for your compositions, as well as making them. First off, remember the actual location is only the beginning, you have to find beautiful light, and sometimes that means you've gotta wait for it. Sometimes that means you've got to come back later when the light is better. Once you have beautiful light, remember the composition is critical. You've gotta pay attention to composition. Study it, look at it, take a few pictures, study those, then once you have the composition, you really need to make sure that your exposure is correct, and that's where the histogram and the highlight warnings are critical. Make sure you know where those are on your camera, turn the highlight warnings on, and turn your histograms on at all times so that you can ensure that you are not clipping any shadows, and you're not clipping any highlights, and that's what makes it ...
possible for you to get really amazing imagery later in your computer software because you have all the data, especially when you're out here on location, photographing landscape, you have time, so take time, study your composition, study your exposure, and make sure that you're waiting for that beautiful light.

I wish more people would present this way! Each step from beginning to end demonstrated in short, concise and useful actions. Every tool and technique is something that I either use, (now better) or will start using because I now understand how to use it efficiently. I highly recommend this course!

Finally, a video tutorial that taught me what I've known on basic level and truly explore how to use it properly and what everything means. I've been waiting for something like this for awhile now. Greatly improves my technique now so thank you for this!
