I got to come up with a name by you all at home and the office, wherever you are, just to stand up and we're going to move a body. Ah, breath fears on step into our courage muscle and the music would be awesome whenever you're ready. No rush here because we are in the moment. And what does that? You have to take a breath. If you've been kind of typing just opentable that stale energy, we're gonna start like we did yesterday. We took a deep breath and breathe in and lower. I'm gonna lift that energy up. I was thinking about that when I was saying to you that I want to know what happened to me when I was in my perfect perfectionistic mindset. How I never have to say that word again for the rest of the day is not happening today on I was an instructor. What I realized is I spent so much of my time actually wanting my my members to be perfect. But I want everyone to on the same leg and it was so not about them. It was about how I was perceiving what was happening in that room, and it really separated me. And it was not. I was not being of service. I mean, I waas but limited. It was holding me back and again when we get in that mind set, when you get stuck at home when you're not feeling courageous, you're not feeling resilient. Get up and move Just five minutes. I'm thinking it changes everything from sitting to standing to some figure eight ing some to death. Just getting sounds like what it sounds like. But we're a verb. Whatever it is, move your body, move your breath, move your thoughts. I know that it doesn't have to be perfect to be absolutely amazing and be of service in this world

I decided to do something just for me and I am so glad I did. I am completely enjoying Moving to Happiness. You said what made you happy in the past and I thought of my horse. What makes you happy now but I couldn't think of anything associated with that. Than the woman said "Just breath" and I immediately thought of nature. Walks in the park and the quietness. So you could hear the birds are see the deer. The leaves crunching underfoot in the Fall. Not far along in the course and don't have the book but oh am I enjoying it. Thank you so much Petra.

Overall, this was an awesome class. So much good content, so well taught, nice contributions from the live audience (which does not always happen). If I was assigning a grade, I would give Petra an A+ for a truly well put together class. She also did a good job of summarising the research in this area. : )
