Tools to Use to Execute Your Marketing Plan
here is some great tools that I think that you guys should be using buffer buffers a social media app that allows you to share and repurpose content I recommend using buffer to share older content we'll talk about that a little bit more later I think buffers a fantastic ap coast schedule co schedule is pretty amazing I never had the opportunity useco schedule because isn't something that we could ever use it she got it it's not it's not of that kind of nature but it's perfect for you guys and be perfect if I was if I was still running bombing photographers co schedule allows you to really build out the logistics behind what goes into publishing a block post and in the social media you do they're after and so what I recommend you use co schedule in conjunction with buffer coast schedule would be put in a place like this you useco schedule t plan out your content calendar on your blawg and set published dates and then you also inco schedule build out the social media that would follow pe...
rhaps a facebook post and three tweets and five instagram posts that come out of every block you use co schedule for that and then you use buffer for every block post all the images after the original release happens so we talked about sharing old content sharing images that you shot a little while ago you can use coast castle for the initial release and then use buffer to schedule out everything from then on out you can use these aps in the software in conjunction with each other and that's where the power really starts to happen when you bridge and merge all of this wonderful these one for tools have been made available to us can va oh my gosh I don't know how I missed the boat on canvass until recently maybe I've heard of canada uh I was at hub spots annual marketing convention last year in september and I believe it's guy kawasaki who's behind camera um yeah it's got callie's talking he was giving a talk there I got to meet him and talk to him about something since he's put a lot of effort towards camera campus amazing camera is like having a graphic designer on staff for you for free it's free to use if you want to add extra cool things they have there you might pay a dollar for a design the camera makes life so simple on the design side of things needed new facebook header into a blogger banner nina graphic for that email campaign you're sending out you can upload your photos you can add any type of font any type of thing and you can do it in camera that quick use canvas to help out with your graphic design needs to free service I f t t I always get that wrong it's like if then if this then that so the office spelled out in the t t t is best in that it's a recipe builder if this happens do that if I post a photo to instagram cross post that to my pinterest page is a gazillion recipes you can come up with it's amazing so this is really cool when you look at me like oh where do I start with this there's a great opportunity to talk to other people are using I have t get advice from them hey what recipes do you have set up but we talked about automation earlier russell we talked about and the things I can automate and everyone who's process I f t allows you to automate a lot of the things that you do on a daily basis a lot of things that happened jason grub talked yesterday about how he will cross post something to facebook that he posts on instagram that's something you could do inside of instagram a lot of time so there's a lot of those similarities those things he talks about where there isn't a native push and I t can take care of that for you yost yost makes simple for us people who don't know asio yost is a wordpress plugging you drop it into believe it's free you drop it into your were press blogged and joost basically goes through your entire block post when you're done writing it and makes recommendations on how to make it more friendly and they color coded it's like green yellow red red is bad yellow's okay and green is good I can get behind that I can understand that so I'll tell you your your block title it actually is too short and it doesn't involve any good keywords you're like oh and then you can go that's red that's bad I don't want to be ready so you're like I gotta find a better keyword and you'll start typing they'll say no not good enough good good carrots you nailed it so caitlin's always having a challenge she's trying to get every block plus we do it she got it in the green it's like a fun little game it's like oh I got eight post this month in the green doing well and joost allows ceo to be simplified for you so you don't have to become an expert we talked about the benefits of the block and yost is gonna give you a huge head start on that a sauna the granddaddy of them all asana is amazing uh where were you my whole life it is a life changer um we use a sonnet she died at it I know jeff near and use a sauna obama photographers and in all their businesses they run a sauna and how it's free so I don't have that stuff is free they know that I don't tell them right asana gives you clarity on all of what we've talked about the last hour and a half asana allows you to build out your marketing plan it allows you to take all of the stuff we've talked about in the last three days you plug it all into a sauna and you can assign projects that air re occurring you consign projects that live once you consign projects that happened yearly happened quarterly you build out due dates you mean it will continue to remind you sees through everything and it will tell you everything you have do that day it's collaborative which means you can bring in a designer and assign things that then you can have a writer and a sign things to them you can have assistance and other people in as a part of your team as you grow and have it assigned them so it's very collaborative it will scale with your business asana is the tool that's going to give you the ability to manage and execute every single one of the things that has spun out of your marketing plan it's very intuitive to have a wonderful mobile app I would really recommend once you get through all of this stuff that we've been talking about building all that out those that's all you need right there to plug into a sauna once you have it that far you can plug that into a sauna there's also lots of other workflow management aps and suffered like dr not drop uh oh I just left my mind of course well I hope that comes back that's embarrassing base camp there it is base camp is another one I recommend a song of a base camp does something very similar and once you have with you this far along you have what you need to begin to build out something in the sauna the great thing about it is once you build it out it's ready to go you're out of the box you're good so you're good to go so once you do this work and then you plug it into a sauna you use tools like this to help you out then you're going to be able to manage it all lastly this is kind of a roll up of some of things we've been talking about firing off hey I recommend you look at this they reckon you look at that and so I thought I'd at least put into slide for you guys resource is to help against some of these air cos you can work with some of these are just places you could go to get advice I talked about brand smash on day on the first first part of the course brand special that's mike allah back and remember what I was sharing about his wonderful post on what photographers need to do to update their google to update their websites for google he's the guy behind brand smash and I think that they share fantastic content I believe the website is brand smasher dot com photo scribe again I can't I can't recommend rachel and her team enough as a team of writers for your block post your guide that's something you choose not to do they're they're they're they're a great resource for that john loomer is a wonderful we talked about him in the last segment quite that john bloomers a fantastic person to really educate yourself in the world of facebook justin and mary marantz a lot of the concepts I've been sharing about things to do to spread the word to your target on the block comment contest there behind a lot of these things they're brilliant when it comes to market and they share a lot of their resource is with photographers can't recommend going over and following what they're doing and following they're photographer resource section great great people the hub spot marketing block the hot spot marketing blawg it's just I don't know how they nail it every time I told you guys I get an email once a week without their blah grow up and I swear three out of the four things they talk about I click on I really want to know they seem to have a knack for coming up with the right blogged titles and they're right blogged topics they solve a lot of my problems t max that's a great place that's the that's the vision behind jeff yocum ah lot of you guys who are struggling with your authentic brand message would love to go spend some time over there they have a facebook page or they all kind of collaborated share about the concepts of what they call special is um which is really the greater the bigger message behind finding authentic brand message jeff also joined me on my previous creative live course where we spent an entire segment kind deep diving into that topic on be findable that's jason's company and jason's consulting company helps out in the world and a lot of resource is on their website but they also help out with ceo basically anything about being findable online so seo in social media

Love love love creative live! I have since passed on this fantastic learning environment to my friends! At this stage it's true I'm not a big purchaser not income flush just yet! But want to give feed back on 'content marketing for photographers and the presenter! Actually he's ok good sound information, clearly knows his stuff however my friends and I ditched it because this phrase 'loved on' which he seems to use A LOT! is very creepy, in fact it pretty much grabs our attention so much we keep missing what he's saying, the other one ' lean in' these seem so juvenile teenager like and especially the loved on.... Seriously sounds like a crude sex act! Put us off from buying the content! Shame because we need his help.

Wow - such a great class! I have heard Jared speak before (mostly on pricing), and I have to say, he really knows his Marketing! Absolutely loved the structure of the 3 days, and after each segment, I felt like I had so many actionable items to take and apply to my business. From social media tactics to solving clients' problems through guides to proper blogging strategies, there are so many new ways that I have learned to use content marketing to strengthen my business this year. Jared also found a way to take topics that are not as interesting, such as creating effective emails, and make it engaging for the entire segment! Such a talented speaker. Personally, I think it's great that Jared has small catch phrases such as "lean in" and "love on clients" - it makes him unique! Not only that, but his strategies WORK, so he can phrase ideas as he wants! :) This is definitely a course worth watching, regardless if you have been shooting for years or are just starting out!

Since watching this course I have told not only my photographer friends about it, but many of my other friends who run their own businesses/organizations. This course can transfer to anyone who wants to learn from the best in marketing. All of the presenters were amazing and this course was WELL worth the money and then some. Thank you for sharing so much of your knowledge you have gained in your very successful business to help all of us succeed in ours!
