How To Set Up Lead Forms
Hi everyone. Welcome to this lesson. Today we're talking about how to set up and manage lead forms. So all lead forms, they're tied to a specific page in this case we're using a Dennis's page as an example here and you want to go onto the page and then on the top browser here you want to click publishing toss and once we go into publishing tools we are going to navigate to where our lead forms are located so we can get it set up. So down here on the left hand column there are four different links here. We have lead add forms forms, library, draft forms, library and lead setup. They get everything set up. Well first click here and then facebook will give you step by step instructions on how you can connect your Crm. So in our case for example you can use Salesforce, Infusion Soft, whatever if you wanted to put infusions off connected and then just follow the steps here to integrate your Crm next. Once you get that set up, you want to go to your lead add forms and you can go ahead and cr...
eate. You have two options. You can either create a new form or you can duplicate an existing form. This is very useful for split testing. You want to change the image or a headline because the thing about lead forms is once you create it and you publish it you can't go ahead and go back and edit it so we can use this to keep on iterating, see if we can make improvements. So if we're creating a new form, click next and then there are different options. It's pretty much drag and drop. It's a very intuitive platform to use. And for here we like having higher intent. And the reason why we put higher intent is adds an additional step review screen. That way people have to verify that they're opting in as a lead. The leads are more qualified than if you didn't click it, but it's really up to you try both. Of course, you know, you fill out the name of form whereas the headline, maybe we're giving a lead magnet facebook advertising guide, get your facebook advertising guide for free or whatever it might be. You know, work on your copy. You can add upload an image. In this case we do a picture of the lead magnet, Maybe someone holding it. We can add copy to talk more about the lead magnet and there's different kinds of layouts, there's bullets and paragraphs. So bullet points. Oftentimes people are busy, they just want to see the highlights. So we've used in bullets and it's worked great for us then for your questions. You want to see what people can opt in for, maybe it's an email or full name. The great thing about lead forms is it skips a step rather than having a landing page, you built out on a landing page builder or your website, you're having the platform a native to facebook. So facebook is going to reward that the loading time is going to be less so the user experience is going to be much better. So more often than not people are going to opt in, it's gonna be a higher volume of opt ins because there's not that additional step of getting someone on the landing page. And also with facebook though auto generate the email field and the name field. That way people, by the time they see the form they'll just click submit because their form is already filled out because facebook has all that data and then you can also add additional questions. Maybe you want to feel them get to know or qualify them in different ways. You can multiple choice short answers then you'll have to get this far private policy in. And you can either write your private policy here or you can copy and paste the link of your privacy policy from your website. So without that you wouldn't be able to finish the lead form. See here this is a private policy in the actual form and thank you screen how you wanna include next steps, especially maybe someone's going to call, say our staff will call you in the next hour, set expectations here, that's what it's about. And you can even get people to a route to your website and then once you're done with that you can either click finish because you're done or if you just want to save it as a draft, just click save and you can go ahead and come back to it later and then say if you say it as a draft, you want to work on it, go to draft forms and then you can just work on it. Example, we had a draft of promoting our phoenix workshop, we can continue edit and finish it up later, and those are the steps on how to create your first lead for him. First set it up with your Crm, and then once you get that set up, you can create, make sure when it's published, you know, typos, everything is set up, you got the right pictures, videos, headlines, and then you'll be set enjoy.
