at this point, we've looked at a lot of different ways to manage CBO campaigns. The good news is that as of today facebook is not planning to phase out ad budget optimization. So if you want to continue running your ads that way you are still welcome to and it's likely going to remain for the foreseeable future. But as far as I've seen managing literally millions of dollars for clients over the last year using CBO, I have to tell you that this is an incredibly powerful tool that you should be using for your business. But as we mentioned, it's very important to make sure that we are using the knowledge we know while leveraging the algorithm incredibly powerful machine learning facebook has to use every tool we can and find the best people. So what we wanna do is we want to be able to test different ways of running our ads to make sure we're doing the best we can. So if you've been running ads set budgeting and it's been working for you, I highly recommend creating several CBO campaigns ...

using these tactics, whether you're separating your warm audiences out into multiple ad campaigns or you're using the minimum spend tool to make sure that each ad set is running as it should and spending a little bit of money or setting cost caps to force facebook to aim for a target return or target cost per click or apply rules to turn off negatively performing ad sets or combining your best ad sets all together into a single CBO and letting them fight for their budget in order to get the best possible return or finally, using the leverage of the algorithm taking a single audience and letting facebook try to test multiple ways of reaching that same audience in order to get you the best results possible from that single audience. With these tools. I do believe your CBO campaigns should be able to one scale faster than any ad set, budgeting your currently running and to allow you the flexibility to continue to run ads long into the future and not just after a couple of days, once a single audience has run out of steam.
