Finalizing with Your Client
We're back here with Jake House going. Hey, great. Thanks. Yeah. So we've been working on this logo project for I B productions. And since you guys a revision already, But I've been doing a little bit of playing here, so let's talk a little bit about the feedback that you guys gave me before. So you liked the alien? Yeah, right. But you wanted me to can change it up a little bit, incorporate some audio elements. Tell me what that's exactly. Yeah. So we wanted Teoh make sure we're incorporating all the different trades that all of all of the people in the company bring to the table. And so audio is obviously one of those. And also, you know, being on headset together is part of the founding story and the name of the company and all that. So I want to include that. Yeah. Okay. And then, um, I didn't really have ah solid direction to go with the play button, so I just kind of skipped over that stuck with this guy. Um added the headphone element, and then I was trying to come up with some ...
ideas for the text itself, But you being the client. I thought I'd let you drive a little bit in terms of what you thought the typography should look like. And so I give you options linear and stacked. So if you want to take a look at some of that and see if anything catches your eye or if you want me to change anything, just let me know. What you What you think about the whole thing going on there? Yeah, I like, Um, as far as these linear one goes, I like the top one. The best. I think I like how just how simple and clean it looks. Um, yeah, I like I do like also though, um, the a sort of lightness of the middle one and just, you know how it's a little bit thinner and I think balances nicely with the with the deadline. Well, um yeah. The 3rd 1 I think, feels like a little a little too much, I guess. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, a little, Little. I went to two straight one out of the box. Yeah, I think I think that 3rd 1 is Yeah, just a little. A little more. About what? We were looking for? Do you think tightening this up a little bit would make you a little bit? We're comfortable with that. Or is it just not? It's not. Yeah, I think I think tightening it up could definitely. It could definitely help with that. So, like, if we if we just took it back a couple steps like that? Yeah, that helped a little bit. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. And then do you like the idea of a stacked version of it, or do you just want the linear version? Do you have a preference on that? I think I do like the stack, Actually, Yeah, it feels a little little tighter. A little cleaner on again. Yeah. So let's take this. And, uh, we'll get rid of that version and we'll go making sure the turning and everything is the same pace. That and just whips don't want screenshot that way. You can remember this moment for absolutely. Let's see. Okay, let's center these guys up. And so we could actually you know, it could be a deliver. What? We could have both that way. You guys could use the stacked or the linear, depending on what you want. You can also use that straight iconography. Um, as faras colors go through one in. That was full color. I don't think that's what you guys would go for, but it gives me an idea of what it might look like if you ever chose to reproduce it that way. Sure, but I did a positive and negative version. Tsou, how that works on black and white background. Because I'm assuming when you do Ah, movie, right? It's just gonna be, like, probably a black screen. Exactly. Yeah. So I think that probably works. Okay. Negative. I think it still works. Good. You can still see everything. Everything looks good. Yeah, um, anything else that you can think of that I might need to do other than just kind of cleaned it up a little bit before I throw it together. The only other thing I could think of is the headphones air. Definitely. Like in the right direction what we're looking for, but just making sure that it's signifying that their headphones as opposed to, like, a cute little earmuffs. Sure, which is a cute idea, but yeah. So I don't know if it's Yeah. I mean, I'll let you figure out how to have that, but just Yeah, it just want to clarify that. I mean, one thought I had was maybe something like a cable going from the headphones into the bottom. I don't know. That would be too busy, but im did. So something may be coming off the side here. Yeah, going in there, we got, like, you know, audio and video together. That kind of Yeah, sure thing going on with their work on their cool. Okay. And then I'll put it together and I'll send you guys a final cop. Awesome. All right. Okay. Yeah, thanks so much.
