So when analyzing your data and information there are a couple of tips that I can give you to help you get the most from your analytics, number one know what information you are looking for. Remember KPI S are the metric used to determine if you have reached your objective, set your objective upfront and save your time by not focusing on irrelevant data points. That don't help you to answer whether or not you've met your objective to google analytics can be extremely overwhelming as there is just so much data and so many ways to find the same information tools will save you time. So learn to use the tools take tutorials online to get good at them. Many of the tools allow customization which means you can set up the reports that you want in the way you want. So you can get the information that you need to make the decisions quickly and easily. Also learn to use the shortcuts and the tools like in google analytics you can create segments to easily view data for a specific target segment ...
or a specific audience within google analytics. If it's a customer base that you always use shortcuts like that might save you a lot of time in the long run and then finally analyze everything prioritize your time and work smart versus hard. It may take some time up front but the data helps you and your clients be more proactive and less react so make sure your google analytics, social media pixels, email campaigns etcetera are all set up for you to track and measure your success
