Your objective is simply getting clear on your desired outcome. In this section, we will discuss types of objectives and a best practice method for setting your objective. So here are five different types of objectives. The first is your business objectives. Your business objective is your high level, broad, company wide goal. Try a smart objective is also attainable, which means you must have the power to influence the results. You have to understand if it's possible given the resources and time you have available to accomplish something. An example would be setting a goal of producing 10 units per day. But your factory and budget constraints restrict your ability to produce a maximum of seven units per day would not be an attainable goal. It also must be relevant defined by something that fits your business strategy. If your business strategy is to target women, an objective to target men would not be relevant or strategically aligned with your overall objective. And your objective also must be time bound. In other words, you must have a deadline Sell 30% more verse sell 30% more by the end of March would be an example of how something can be a time bound goal. You will have an objective for everything that you do. Now let's take a moment to write down a smart goal for your business challenge that you have identified
