Class Project 12 - Responsive Design
Hi, everyone. It is time for your class project. Ok, I'm calling it responsive design. Uh I just want you to build the three things that we've built. You might have already done it. Ok. So there's a mobile menu, a feature card and the review cards basically. Yeah. What we've done so far if you've been just watching, we need to start doing the doing. Ok. So the mobile menu is this one here. Ok. Remember we can adjust these things and they move around, we can duplicate them and they adjust size. So make something like that. Ok? With the home cart features and account doesn't have to look exactly like mine, but just the same kind of mechanics. Ok. So they auto layout the feature cards. Ok. Do this for your desktop view. Ok. So have a look. So these ones here, remember they kind of stick down the bottom and move around now. Uh It's up to you. The design doesn't have to look like mine. Ok. But I want that kind of mechanics where there's some sort of lock up bottom unit down here. Stick to m...
ine closely if you are feeling a little under confident, you know, because you can kind of follow along. But if you're feeling brave, get fancy and the last thing is the reviews. So these things here. Ok. So I want you to see if you can make this, make one and see if you can make multiple ones. Now with this one here, there's an optional, don't have to do it, but I want you to see if you can because at the moment these ones here are responsive. Ish. Ok. Uh You know, the bottom is responsive, but this text box doesn't come along for the ride. I want you to see. Ok, let's see if you can do that. Ok. So that's your bonus extra. You don't have to do it because I haven't really explicitly shown you. But hey, hopefully there's a little bit of, I don't know, teaching you to fish and you might be able to work it out. Click everything. Um What I want you to do is if you do figure it out, let people know in the comments for the people that either run into problems or the problems that you ran into and how you got over them. Helping others is often the best way to kind of remember this sort of stuff yourself. So give it a crack and just screenshot them all. We still can't, well, figure doesn't allow um uh like recordings of it. So I'm just gonna have to assume that the screenshots are responsive. But take a screenshot of them all, uh upload them to the project's assignments. Comments, also share them on social media as well.
