Building a WHY, 3x3 Goals Sheet
let's talk about your, why, you may have heard Simon Sinek talk about starting with why you may have heard public speakers that say, oh, you need to have a strong signature story to be able to get people to engage with you. Let me tell you a clear way on how you can define an authentic y that will bring people to you. And it's called the three x 3 personal goal sheet. Think about yourself as a person and if we think for example, the shoe brand a six on amazon and corporal sano actually stands for a sound mind in a sound body. Did you know that I had five years of latin and it says that you as a person are holistic. So if you're not doing well in terms of your health, your personal life is going to suffer and your business is going to suffer. And if at a business standpoint you're not doing well, then your health is going to suffer and your personal life is going to suffer. So start with three categories, your personal physical and professional and then set short, medium and long term g...
oals. So that's a box. Nine boxes in this grid, just like tic tac toe. But instead of putting Xs and Os and there's, you're gonna write goals. So think about three goals that you have for each of these particular boxes. So if you look at your personal goals, maybe in the short term, you have something simple, you just want to sleep eight hours per day or drink eight oz of water at every meal and kick soda. Maybe you want to run your first marathon? Maybe you want to lose £10. Right? Think about what those particular goals are short meaning next three months media meeting next year and long term over the next five years and do the same thing for your personal goals. Maybe you want to get married, maybe you want to pay off your mortgage, maybe you want to take that vacation, maybe you want to make a certain kind of income, whatever it might be, and think about what those professional goals are. Maybe you want to make a certain amount of money. Maybe you want to be able to live debt free, Maybe you want to speak on stage, Maybe you want to build your agency to a certain size, You want to publish a book, Whatever those items are, put them into those boxes, printed out, sign it and share it with other people. If you put it on social media, if you put it on linkedin, if you actually print it out and send it to a couple of friends of yours, you're gonna find that accountability is going to help you because they're going to hold you accountable to those goals and they're going to come up with ideas that you never thought of to help you achieve those goals. And they may be able to summon resources and connections that you never really thought about. Remember your personal brand is not what you say about you, but it's what other people say about you and the power that other people have and being able to build your brand. That's the beauty of having a network like Fiverr where you have other people that are there extending your brand, extending your reach, extend the content that you have, Being able to share what your goals are and your authentic. Why? So that other people can say, well, I didn't know that my buddy Lior really knew a lot about Jerusalem, could give me a tour in downtown tel Aviv and all this. Like, wow, that was really cool. I just didn't know. I bet you have a lot of amazing skills and a lot of talents and a lot of things that people just don't know about and you've got to get it out there. So think about your three x 3 goals so that people understand you holistically as a person, fill out those nine boxes and then you'll start to see patterns emerge and what kind of content you need to produce to attract the right people to you.
