Welcome to this brand new section of the Youtube marketing course, All about advertising on Youtube. So this is when you actually promote your own content, your own videos on other places on Youtube. First, we're going to understand all the different types of ads this way when we go through the next lessons and you see an actual sample promotion and we show you how to use the platform to promote videos. You'll understand what you're getting into Youtube. As of this great chart. You have display ads which appear on the page with another video. This will appear on the right hand side of a video or it will appear below it here on this page. You can see an example of this ad right here, make a tattoo composite. The video plays Bumper ads are a new reform of ads that are similar, but they are limited to six seconds long and they are not skip a ble. And then lastly we have sponsored cards. So just like you can create cards of your own sponsors can promote products that are relevant to your video through the Youtube cards that appear on your video. The different ads will cost different prices and we'll see more information about that later on in this section and you have the options to choose either type of format. Those are the different types of Youtube ads currently available. Sometimes these things change. So if this is outdated, let me know or I'll try to update it myself.
