Direct Connections
we haven't talked about this yet. Some pretty excited direct messaging I'd like to hear from the live audience and everyone listening. Who has used direct messaging? And if so, how have you used it? Ah, lot of people don't even know that this is a feature that exists because it's relatively new. You're ready to go, Nicole. You use it. I know that. Use it all the time. And actually there is somebody that's on with creative Live right now, who is who makes craft with paper. And I know that creative life has another class with a paper crafter. So I direct messaged her and asked her had she seen the class uncreative live so that she can go and sign up? I think the classes in July. So I direct message or she's watching your class right now. Yea. So why did you decide to do a direct message and not going to Facebook and find her there or what was it easy it was It was easy and she had found me and she started following me and um, yes, so it was just easy. It was a way easier for me to just g...
o in a direct message. Er, that's great. Who else has experienced already in your Nubian your direct messaging? I'm impressed. Kind of listening to what you said about keeping your personal stuff. And I don't have a personal page. And my health club is having a contest. And I wanted to send a picture in that I didn't feel was, you know, appropriate with my travel. Especially when all I had was the the couple of pictures from here. And so I saw that direct messaging. So I just direct message to it and they answered me back and started following me. That's awesome, right? Right. Within the app. You just did that. That's great. Do you have any experience Even? Well, I When it first came out, I started using it with my niece and nephew that are teenagers, as far as I've got that you got. Okay, well, I'm going to give a demonstration on the phone on how you actually consent a direct message. We you know, I use it strategically to communicate with my team, and also, I use it strategically. Teoh, bring people in that have been starting to follow me. I send them a pdf I send them a message letting them know if they do X then they can get over to our email list or come follow me here. I'm going to show you what that looks like after I give the demonstration. But we actually have a sequence system set up on Instagram. Whenever anyone starts following us, we track every new follower on. Do we actually have to check in to 4 times a day? Because the activities so high But you could keep a spreadsheet of your new followers and you could start communicating with them privately. Especially if you think that your your target market or you could partner and build a business relationship together beyond having it be public. It's just, you know, it's just who you're sending it to so you can send up Teoh. Um, take a screenshot of that. You can send up to 15 people a direct message. Okay, so how you do that is you just upload your photo that you want to send your direct direct message to and I'm using. This is one of my favorite photos I've seen that was created by Holly. And you click next and you click where it says followers or direct. So when it turns blue, this means it's gonna be a direct message. Okay? And I said that you can choose 15 people to fall up to share this with, So I'm going to share Every time you click on someone, you just get a check, Mark, I'm gonna That's four. And so, depending on what you're sharing, you would click on different people. So my team and I, if we want to communicate, were on instagram all the time. And if we want to communicate something right here, we dio and I would just click on them. But I mostly used this to communicate with my fans and really try to build up, um, Mawr engagement than what's just happening on the post. So I have 13 clicked off and at the bottom, you can see that. So once once you do that, it brings you over. Oh, I'm sorry. I wanted to show you how you can add. Let's go back. I wanted to show you how you can add, um, text to it. So before I shared over. So this is where you would write a message and you'd say Hey, we need to get this project done. It's due tomorrow. Is everyone finished it or Hi. I'm so glad that you like you started following me. Here's my PD. You know, send me your, um let me know if you want to get our email to grow your list or come follow me over at the instagram expert where I shared more tips, tools and strategies. So whatever you feel like you want to do to grow your business, this is where you would type it. So I'm just gonna put high, and they just click on a few right now. So after you have written your message, you need to write the comment the message first, and then share it over. And once you share it over, it's finished up. It went to those people they get. It is a direct message. The really OK, so these are all the direct messages that have come in. And when you see a blue bubble like I just got from pumpkin, I'm just waiting to see what pumpkin has to say. Pumpkin and sunshine. Um, she's just thanking me for giving her a shout out. But this is the conversation that occurred just between the two of us. So you can continue to have a conversation back and forth, and you know that there's if you haven't checked your messages, you know that there's someone leaving you one when you see that blue bubble and this is get fit with joy saying thanks so and so if you scroll down anything that's blue is someone thinking, you know, giving you a message back and that's how you communicate back with them. And I'm getting thank you from everyone here, which is very cool. So it's that easy. Has anyone said that they use it coming in life? Well, we actually had a question came up, and it might be a good time to address this sound. This is from Morbid Cafe, and they want to know, Will the people see who you have? D M D. At the same time, so say I have four new followers. Can I send one message to all four of them at once without them seeing that I am messaging several other people or where they see they will see everybody. So if they wanted to just go to that one person, it needs to be one toe want. Okay, I didn't have any in my, um, mailbox. Show up. Like when you press your home button. See the top file. It looks like little file in the upper right hand corner. That's where you would get a notification. If you got d m, it would say 12 or three. There'd be an orange notification that tells you you've got you've got mail. That's kind of like what it is. And so when you see that you will know you and you click on it, it takes you right to the direct. So if you're on the recipient side, that's where you would see the message comment. It would come in as an orange number, just like when you get notifications that you've been mentioned comes into is a direct message. Great. Now we had a question Come up. People want to know. Is it ever a concern to be too spammy now that him in the chat room is the name it says, I wonder if people feel spam. If they're getting direct messages after following someone, is there a good etiquette of when you should be doing that? It all depends on what you're saying, OK? And what your message is, Um, some people are just want to take the conversation deeper or get to know a little bit more about them without trying to have a hidden agenda. What we typically do is we want to try to get people over to some of our other accounts. I love to get people over to the INSTAGRAM expert account because we share daily tips, tools and strategies there, and I'm attracting people that want to learn more about Instagram. And I like that. There are my personal page. I love that they're on insta gal live page. But I really want to try to move people over to that featured account because that's where I know that they're gonna get a lot of benefit. So you have to decide what you're gonna do to pull him over to your other accounts or to grow your list or to start a new a deeper relationship with someone this point just to be. I wasn't sure how you did the screen shot. Oh, you just hold down the camera in the home button and could take a screenshot. I don't know. It's going to take your second your life. Yeah, I didn't know that. Some people, Yeah, changes your life forever. Right? Because there's some pictures. Like, we've been doing somebody nice group pictures and was like, Oh, how can I get that one without having disc? Earl, you can take us. Okay? Yeah. One thing I used the direct message for a swell is if somebody's asking about like, they want to talk to me further, and I don't necessarily want to put my phone number out. There are all of my contact information, so I will direct message them with my time trade account where they can sign up to talk to me for, like, minutes or 30 minutes. That's great. And have you had people find out that? Yes, definitely. Nicole, you're really doing it. Thank you. I learned from you. I mean, you're really using it in ways toe. Grow your business. Yeah, I finally took the training wheels off. You're writing a big girl bike. Okay. Yeah. Um, I I'm wondering how to, like have partner. So what would you What would we say if we have been communicating back and forth, somebody who resonates with us and what we believe our brand to be all about. What do we say? It Take it to the next level. Like I would ask, I would say I'm interested in partnering you with you in some way. You do this, I do that. I think we can collaborate. Um, maybe do a webinar together. Do a Google hang out together. You just have to ask. Yeah, you have to ask. You'll get nothing unless you ask. Right, that's really cool. A lot of people didn't even know that that feature was there. Um and like I said, we use it a lot for our team. This is one of the ways that if you especially if your whole team is is on instagram in the summer, it's soupy. Do This is what all the teenagers really prefer and toe have everyone see the same thing and to know that they read it because they do read it as soon as that notification comes in. But it requires some training because some people don't even know that that file box is at the top right hand corner. And that's telling you you have a d m. Um, so you need to check and see if there's a notification there that you need to respond to, and we use it for lead generation. Just like Nate was up here talking about how to capture some leads within Facebook. We use this very specifically to do just that. So as I mentioned a little while ago, we keep track of all of our followers. In fact, this might be a good practice for all of you. Is that the first of the month? Write down how Maney Instagram followers you have and then the following month, do the same and keep a spreadsheet and see how much it's growing. I know for a fact that this month is gonna be my biggest growth month ever, but it's a really good practice to see, and you can celebrate your own results. I mean, you can have your own goals. It might be 10 new followers for the month might be 50 or it's nice to set goals, and it's nice toe to see that you are attracting your ideal follower. And this is if this is what we use to sent to give people that do that, we tell them in a direct message. So we definitely click on the last 15 and in the copy. We say thanks so much. This is specifically for the instigator of instagram expert account. We thank them for becoming a new follower. We let them know that if they text instead gal to this number and anyone listening can do that inside the United States. What we do when you what we send them when you get that is an immediate download of the top 10 things to do on Instagram. So we use a text responder for our, um, strategy to get people to capture their email and in return, we give them that so they don't have to do that. But we you know, we write a nice message and let them know that if you text in struggle, you will get this download right now on your phone. So anyone out there that wants that free download you can go ahead and text if you want to get it. These are the 10 things to do. Okay, so another thing is, you can have, you know, you can have a follower appreciation and you can figure out a private coupon or a discount. I know that some of you were asked me more about doing discounts and how to get people. You know you can give discount and you can selectively choose you're super fans or people that are engaging a lot to receive those coupons or discounts. And this should be very heartfelt when you give it. And you know, you could just say thank you for so much for constantly posting on, constantly commenting on my post. I really appreciate it. Here's a coupon for acts or he is our discount. It's just a way to really reciprocate and give back to those that are what I call super fans. Does anybody have any ideas of what they might do as a sign of appreciation in a direct message? Well, those free pdf's you might create something that is just for those super fans, and it's something even deeper than what you've given the general public. Yeah, definitely. So I do have a lot of different downloads. That's the easiest thing for me to give is a download, but I don't Onley just d m. With trying to get them to sign up for my email list. I make sure that they understand. I appreciate that they're following me, and if they want that it's there for them. We let them know that we're capturing their email. Um, well, they know that once they text that number, you have to give an email to get the download so you don't have to do it if you're not comfortable with it. But first, it doesn't even want me to brainstorm with him. Is a travel. You have an idea? Travel. I'm adventure travel. I would love to give everybody a GoPro, but I can't do that. Yeah, any suggestions you have? You might want to contact GoPro and say, Listen, I haven't you know, I have these great new clients ominous industry. I promote you all the time. You engage on their instagram feed in doing so in promoting, and they have a lot of different accounts I mentioned earlier. GoPro has an official account, And then there's a bunch of other people that have started trying to get on the bandwagon. Yes, so I think the more you engage in comment authentically on their feet and they see that you are a super fan on their feed, they're more likely to say, Listen, well, we'll give you a coupon that you can send for 20% off for anyone that buys a GoPro so that they're not literally giving you a GoPro. But they're gonna give you a coupon. Okay? And would another idea if you couldn't? If you have to start out smaller, let's just say not that I couldn't do that. Um, maybe a list of you know, the 10 most adventurous places hot spots for or something like that. Like a list. I'm trying to think of other things, but I think a list And for me, it's like, What do I pack when I'm going? I want to know what to pack and what to bring. And do I need to get any shots if I'm going there, like so I'll hop tips or something? Yeah, depending on where you're going up the country. Yeah, I think that would be great. I love I love getting things like that. OK, Yeah. Does anyone else need some inspiration with their? Well, I was just thinking of, like, just different Schrag, you know, like t shirts and yeah, this makes it easy without physically having to spend anything I wanted to do a pick you a coupon or discount association that you don't want to spend money on posted. You don't want to make it more work. You want to be able to just send them that, um, so that they can take advantage of it. And you can do it right in the D m. Yeah, it's so I'm just sitting here thinking, like, What can we give these super fans? And we do. We do have pdf's and we do have, like, kind of hitless of your jewelry designer and, you know, tips on, you know, the holidays air coming up, that type of thing. But, um, would you reckon? I mean, I'm just trying to think of other things that we for you before you started sending that I would spark a conversation and find out Why did they start following you? I would find out because they're a designer because they want to be a designer or because they need to go there like I would find out their needs. I would for you. I would find out what their needs are and not trying to do anything more than that because you have a lot of different things that you offer and just to send something because you think that's what they want isn't what I'm saying. I really think the most important message here is know who your follower is? I'm specifically talking to people that are falling on instinct. Gal, I've and the Instagram expert. I know that all of you are trying to understand hottie use Instagram to grow your brand to grow your business, to make more money and how to do it the easiest way possible. So I know that in that I can give you value by giving you the 10 things to download that you should be doing on Instagram. So I'm not even questioning if that's something you want knowing that I attracted you in based on instagram and Instagram marketing. Does that make that totally makes sense? Yes, I I'm sorry. So I just thought of one more and it depends because time is money. But if you're a coach or a consultant and you typically charge for those consultations, maybe it's your top 10 flowers. You give them a free complication of free 15 minute consultation on whatever your business is Yeah, that's a good idea. I don't know. I mean, 10 followers, 15 minutes adds up to a lot of time. I like the idea. You might choose one person that you really feel needs your coaching services. I'm looking at you, Mona Lisa, because that's what you dio and you and you really would like to work with them. And so you might say to them, Listen, my first sessions half off or if you sign up for three, the first one's free or something if you if you really feel like they need your services and you want to work with them. But time is money like you said in 10 minutes, adds upto a lot. So you have to be careful if there's 15 people that your D M ing at the same time. And this goes back to what Chris had said earlier is like, Does everyone see if you're messaging them? So it's either your messaging oneto one or if it's a group, I'm comfortable with the group and saying that the new new followers, because what I sometimes see happening within those 15 people, is that they start following each other cause I've put them in a group of new followers. They all see that their new followers, some of them click in and see who the other people are, and then they choose to start following each other again. It goes back to growing your community with your ideal follower. So you you do group them together and send a thank you 15 at a time. And I'm very yeah, within the description, I'm letting them know that Cool. No one has send me a d. M back being upset with anything that I've done by dynamic. I haven't received any negativity at all. And if anyone has, I'd like to hear it. But it hasn't happened to me. Well, everybody wants more followers, so yeah, but I don't know someone's upset that all these other people are. You have when you send an email and you don't blind carbon copy. And people don't want everyone else to know who's on the email. The same idea. Cool. You're smiling like it. No, I like that. You know, it's it's open and that you're giving people the opportunity to follow other people. Write like you're introducing 15 able exactly, and you could even say that in the method. All our new followers today I want to welcome you. I want to thank you. I want our for you. This I want to ask you if there's anything I can dio, um, to help you, like, really open up a conversation. It's It's really a nice alternative to email or in honestly, text messaging. Yeah, I guess if they're following you, they have things in common already. They have. They have you in common? Yes, And you comment? That's yeah, that's how people get introduced. And Bill Community. That's cool. But I do know that a lot of the big brands are doing this in a coupon discount way. Um, and so just because they're you know, you can do it, too. That's the level playing field. Instagram doesn't matter how big your brand is can all do the same strategies here, So let's move on to identify identifying and leveraging your super fans. I love super fans, and I have a lot of them, and I appreciate every single one of you. I really dio I feel like I've gotten to where I am today, standing on stage because of my super fans because of the community, and I didn't have time to tell this story earlier by going to tell it quickly after I started having so much success. Itsu bdo I attended a conference out in California called Experts Academy, where I went as an attendee toe. Learn more about how to be an online expert, meaning How do I share what I'm passionate about doing with the world? And at the time, I was passionate about a lot of things specifically direct to consumer selling retail and social media. And that conference was a four day event jam packed with so much information. I was one of the few people out of 800 who were actually Instagramming with a hashtag strategy geo tagging, writing a description. But when people uploaded and posted, I was able to see that content because some people did use the hash tag of the event. But no one was. People were just taking pictures of their coasters of people of working out at the gym, but nothing with a strategy. So I had this and I was there having fun and learning, but on breaks I was instagramming and then people would come over and ask me what I was doing. And I was the one pulling people over. I need your picture. I want your picture. I just met you. This is how I remember you. This is how I connect with you. This is how I grow my community after the event. And so I would have fun taking photos. And some people don't like taking photos. But I teach people have fun taking photos. So we were doing this and I had so much fun teaching other business owners. I mean, these were people that really wanted to be out in the world teaching what they love to dio. So I had my big ah ha moment the fourth day of the conference before I left. And I said, you know, teaching retail to people, I'm gonna teach Instagram like no one's teaching Instagram no one is owning Instagram. No one is really out there passionately teaching it. So the light bulbs went off. I came back from this conference. I took my dog for a walk in the woods. I put my IPhone in the tree because that's what you do when you don't have a tripod and I declared that I was going to teach Instagram to the world because that's what I wanted to do. I wanted to change people's lives. I wanted to help them promote their business, doing what I love to do because I had such insanely amazing results. And this was in May and so much has happened for me since then. Andi, I'm just so grateful. It's all because of Instagram that were here today, and there's just throughout the year I've been on speaking on stage is I've been doing podcast Tele summits. Virtual summits contribute to block Post I pretty much haven't said no to anyone that wants an interview, knowing that if I can stake my claim and teach anyone how to use Instagram to grow their brand that I could reach more people. And so that's how I got on the stage here. Okay, so we're now going to talk about what you can do. Want to have that buzz agent that aligns with your brand. So as you heard me earlier talk about, I want Teoh. You know, if you if you have people that are working with you beside you, it might be your daughter. It might be your friend. You can turn him into a buzz agent. You can easily empower them to be part of your team by asking them to help you on your instagram journey on. But that might just be Please come over and write a comment. Please come over and tag three friends, but you really want to start start creating buzz agents. I call them Buzz agents part. I think it's because my logo's the B and I. You know, it's like the word buzz just works for me, but you can call it whatever you want. Some people call it super fans, but you want them to really align with your brand messaging. And when you have super fans, you have to do less selling. They do it for you, and sometimes you want to align yourself with people who have influence. So you've asked me like you know, Mona Lisa was asked me strategically. How do you find those people? Will you go in and you look for other people that you admire and that you respect? And you just start commenting and you start asking People love getting notifications on Instagram and reading the comments and They're excited when you're actually engaging in their posts. And I find that if I comment back, they get so excited. And then they keep commenting on everything else I continue to do. And then they tag some friends and say, You've got to check this out. This is great. It just implodes if you just start. So it's just really pint finding the people that you think will be influential in your space And also, you know, for me it's like I have different market communities. One is to be do one is in the instagram space, and I have to decide which place I'm sharing that content and creating those buzz agents. So again, you just need to make sure that when you're creating content and sharing it, that you're aligning yourself with the people that it tracked into that right community. So this is a picture a slide of one of my super fans that I, you know, again didn't dip tick. Um, she tweeted this or posted on Google. Plus I do forget, but I think I grabbed this screenshot. It wasn Twitter, um and so I was just celebrating that I turned it into an instagram post because I love nothing more than reading these kinds of tweets and comments on Instagram on Google Plus. And because of you know, I have not yet met Debbie in person, I hope Teoh. But, um, this is this is exciting to read and to know that what you're doing is really making a difference. Yet you have the star on the bottom of the one. Is that a way that you know that she's a super found? That's the way I know it's in Twitter cause it's a bird. It's been favored. It's a favorite tweet. So I was trying to remember where that screenshot was from. But that's what it looks like in Twitter. Yeah, so it's just that it was right. So I I would love to take a minute now and talk with a live audience to find out how you can generate more super fans. And I think at least the 10 of you are super fans to each other, and I'm feeling like there's so many super fans in the feed of hashtag instagram live, it's a go live. They're all there. You just have to go in and see them. I e. I think this over 1000 now. Or at least that's almost 1000 on that account that you guys can all check out. So I would love to hear yet Well, just in the last three nights or last two nights, and then it will be again tonight for sure. Immediately after the class, you know, I go back and I get online and I see who's following me, and then I respond to them and thank them on Instagram. Then I go even further, and I was telling some of the ladies here that I go into their accounts and I find out wherever else they are hanging out. So it's expanding. You know your contacts exponentially. It's like multiplying bunny rabbits, right, because you're finding wherever people are online and because I'm in the business, I'm in. I'm looking to connect with people on all of the different platforms for all of the different reasons that we've listed. You know, they're all different. Yeah, I think, and like LinkedIn and you know, you and to your point, I think we connected through Google. Plus, because you knew a couple people that actually, uh right and then we took that into Instagram. Yes, Yeah, yeah. All roads lead to instagram A. That's a great And you're connected with two. Yes. So anybody else have experienced with super fans? Yes, Nicole. First you have to give great content. You have to give things that people actually are interested in following. And also, when you go in and you comment, you have to be sincere because people can see through it if you're not sincere. So that's how you build relationships. It's about relationships. That's about the community, definitely. And nickel. I just want to ask you. So it do you have like, would you say that you have some super fans that are buzzing around Now that you've been at it for a while? I do. I'm going to tell you my best super fans came from B school from Marie for Leo. Be school. Yeah. Gotta love be school. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, they're they're definitely commenting on Facebook about this live event. So it's see the community come together here as well. Yeah, actually, I say that. But now through creative Live to have gained a lot of fans and thank you guys because we have surpassed my 300 goal. I think I'm going closer to 400 now, so that doesn't mean you have to stop media in action. Yeah, let me just give up. Belong to everyone in the audience. I'm just so excited you're here and again all the anyone tuning in confined. Anyone sitting here live all these 10 participants, right? By going to instigate alive to that account, clicking on who I'm following. Everyone is listed in there so people can find you. They're gonna want to find you. Don't forget about us. Were listed way, Way to make sure we add Chris twice for me. My makeup artist in there. We have the producers in there. You're gonna see a lot of the behind the scenes people that make creativelive awesome that are right there following instigate alive. It's great. Okay. And so this is like in power. The employees I've mentioned this earlier, and I think that a lot of people are afraid to let their employees have their cell phones. That is their tool to make things happen for you. You can have rules of what they can and can't dio. I really don't. I know that in my store. There's slow times, and if they want to be reading or texting their boyfriend, I am fine with that. As long as they're doing everything that they're supposed to be doing. And for me it's cleaning and sweeping and, you know, making sure the bags are in order and unpacking inventory. You know, anyone that works for me always has something to do because I make sure of it, which is usually doing social media if there's no customers. But I'm okay. If they are reading on the IPad, it check out or texting every, you know, here and there. It's fine. I think that if you restrict that from them, they're going to sneak and go do it anyway. So that's what they like to do. As long as they're doing their job. I say let them have their cell phones And this is a picture that one of my employees recently took up a pair airings. I showed a 1,000,000 roses airings earlier, and that is one of my windows looking out and we merchandise on glassware. A lot of my stores kind of anthropology ask. I say in that everything that I merchandise on has this look and feel of Cape Cod and is definitely not your typical retail experience. But the's airings air merchandise on this glass and Julia took the picture. Who works for me? Julia Himmel? And that's her name up there. But she is one of my amazing employees. That is, has come back to work for me four years in a row, and it's usually really tough to get the same help returning, especially if you're in retail. But she is a photography major in New York City, and she loves working for me because she loves being at the store. She loves how fun it is. She always tells me it never feels like work. She looks forward to coming back and working for me, and this year I had to become the manager. She's awesome, but she again When? When something comes in from my employees, I compensate them monetarily, and it really works well because when I hire people, I say to them, it is not about the hourly rate that I'm paying you. It's about what you're gonna learn from me and how I run my business that you will be able to take away for the rest of your life because I know you're not gonna work for me for the rest of your life. You're gonna be able to take all the skills and business things that I that I dio to show you how to run a successful small business. And they really appreciate that, and more importantly, their moms appreciate that. So I have I'm very endearing toe all my employees, and I feel like if I could just shape them, um, I do. And I love that they have the right attitude to work for me. And, um, you know, you need to give them what they want and what they love. And a lot of my employees all they want is ice cream. And the good news is, right across from my store is Annie Mac combo Leo's. And so usually when I come in on does a changing of shifts. I always get some ice cream, or I'll get him a shake. You know, by him food, because often that's really all they want is a piece of pizza. But again, I do compensate If money has come into my store through their posting, I figure out how to incentivize them, so they will continue to do in the same. And they end up making more money, and I end up making more money. So I say, Share the wealth, especially with your employees. Does anyone here have employees that they're that they're compensating the same way? Now you're gonna You're gonna buy ice cream for people to help you, right? It's just so it's so important to show how much you appreciate him outside a paycheck. That's funny. I just said that yesterday to my one employee. Think the thing. I couldn't fight his serve ice cream. He said it advice nice. Well, yeah, because I'm asking her that, you know, to do extra stuff and learn extra stuff now because we're ramping up so and that doesn't really stop with the employee. Let's say you have a contractor. You have a vendor that you're working with, or even your clients perhaps incentivizing them as well. Is that a strategy? Absolutely. I just you know, you know, for a lot of people, all goes back some money for me. It all goes back to giving. I really feel no matter what it is, even if it's your knowledge, even if you're helping. If someone struggling in any way that I can help get past that hurdle I lead with giving, and I always get so much more in return. And it's not just the money. Success for me really is being a role model for my daughters and to have them see me do what I love every day and toe. Wake up doing what I love every day and to not have it be a job. I'm not going toe work. I'm doing what I love. Um, I don't live for the weekend. I don't live for Friday. I live for follow Friday, which I love where I get to give shoutouts to all all my new fans on. And I just think it's so important that you know, when you wake up and do what you love every day you just come. Your energy just comes at this, um, so differently then then if you are unhappy, So I think you know all you crafters out there that are just trying to make a living doing what you love. I know you can do it on Instagram. It might take you a little time cause I'm not saying it happens overnight. Everyone that we've heard from it's taken time. We heard from Holly. I mean, m of the 17 year old. That's not normal for it to happen that quickly. But I think given her age and her friends, that the fact that she has so many friends on his program has been very helpful. But even Jill, it's taken over a year to get to where she is on Instagram. So you've got to give it time. You've got to commit to the platform and understand that you really can grow your business. Um, in going back to employee motivation, I have one who enjoys the flexibility of the work schedule. So as long as he's getting his projects done, I'm I'm kind of hands off as long as the project uniting done. So that's what motivates him. I have another one who enjoys getting classes like free classes, other. He wants to learn more and more and more. And no, I will not tell you his name. And no, you may not steal him from Yeah, What you said really resonates with me. A nickel Teoh, you know, to be able to wake up and do what you want when you want into the, you know, to have the freedom to do that. You know, everyone listening in has a business, and they want it work on their terms. And, um, I just feel like with, you know, with Instagram as your marketing tool, you can make that happen.

I tuned in to the live stream from Cork Ireland a few days ago. It was late into the evening GMT. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun and instructional support. Without so much as a glass of water to rehydrate her @suebzimmerman went storming from one success to another. She was so sharp, empathetic & strong in her own skin - just the kind of guide you'd be proud to have.Every day I urge another person to check her out - because, for a business person who wants to become loved on line, she is the ideal coach. I've tuned in to many people on line - many who project an image of being wonderful - SueB delivers. Together with @artisancheesecompany, she "rocks" as you say in North America.Thank you for all the help you've given me and my company @changeagentsbranding. PS I've never met SueB - I simply love her ethos on Instagram. Paul O'Mahony @omaniblog

I tuned in to the course from my office in Cork Ireland - late in the evening for about 2 hours. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun & instructional support. Together with @artisancheesecompany on Instagram - she "rocks" - as you say in North America. That 120 minutes with SueB gave me enough to last me for weeks. What I'd have got from the full course, I can barely imagine - but I bet it was phenomenal value. Thank you very much for the help you've given my company ChangeAgents Branding and the people we serve.
