Thinking with an Instagram® Mindset

So before I start with this lives I really want to share with you how my brain works and my mindset as faras using Instagram as my favorite social tool. Um, you know, I get inspiration every day. Ah, visual inspiration every day from Instagram. Like when I wake up, that's one of the first things I do. I go there to see what other people are doing to get that inspiration. And also, throughout my day, I see beauty that I want to share. I see images that I want to share. I see things that just spark, ah, creative cord that I think are worthy of posting. And so I don't hesitate and think, Should I do it? I just take the picture and make it happen specifically in the space of people. I guess that's my favorite is when you net whenever I network or go to an event or speaking event. Taking a photo to me is the most important thing, not just for the social proof and to put it on instagram, but so that I can stay connected to that person. After the event, I meet a lot of people and I forget nam...

es and faces. And by taking that photo and celebrating it on instagram and connecting to them, I can keep that conversation going after the event because so much of what's happening here, even just after 1.5 days. This community that we're talking about building here is exploding on all social platforms. I love that people are hash tagging within Stig alive. I love that I'm seeing images being uploaded and I will go in there later and make sure to connect with you. So my mindset is really you know, I'm a visual learner and a visual thinker, and Instagram just empowers me and inspires me to share my message with the world. And I think part of the dopamine that happens every time I go on to Instagram is the positive reinforcement I get from the new follower from the comments from people validating what I'm teaching here. I love reading that, and if you know a few people say I've been I've gotten comments, I've been a lurker, but you're making me talk. You're making me comment. I understand not just liking, but leaving a comment. It's not what I usually dio. I'm coming out of my comfort zone. I'm like celebrating and saying, Yeah, that's what I'm trying to do, trying to get you to say, you know, to engage and connect, and you will see things happen and a couple of you during break have shared your successes with me. I'd love to turn to the live audience and say, You know, if you could share three things in your mind that makes you want to go back and check here instagram feed or or how you feel when you get there, you know the feeling you get when you're there and what it's done for you and your psyche and your mindset, I think, would be great for the live audience to here. And I'd love to hear from the live audience as well in the chat room. If you are one of the instant addicts like I am and keep going back to engage there and have seen so much success sharing that in the chat room so I can hear it is gonna help me a lot here during this segment. So I'd love to hear from you as well Genuine. Third, I will start. So again I'm looking for adventure travel connections in that sort of thing. So why I'm addicted is first, because I'm looking for information. So I'm looking for things that are trending. I'm looking for new ideas and just hearing what people are talking about. So there's kind of the information piece. And then there's the connection, peace and just kind of adventure, connecting to anything adventure. Who's talking about adventure? Who's all about adventure, who's thinking like me, who wants to think like me? And then finally, for feedback on the things that I'm posting on, the things that I'm saying in riel riel valuable feedback that I can use in a constructive way. Good, bad, positive, negative, etcetera. And have you experienced success since being here? I have actually so it really super excited, instead excited. I think that's the language, right on the break to tell Sue that I have gained about 40 new followers in the last two days. So basically what I take that is meaning is that something I'm learning here and doing since being a part of this is working. So I went from $108 to, I think, 148 as of a few minutes ago. So, um, kind of a big jump in. Like I said, it can only be attributed to this because I haven't really done anything else in the last two days. So good. That's great. Yeah, really good. I don't like that. So basically, my instagram, my insulin mindset is all about three things that come online inspiration. So getting inspiration from other people and other people in my community and also inspiring and being part of that conversation. So another hashtag I thought of was, um, inspire on. So it's like rock on, but it's inspire on. So I was like being part of this inspirational community. And then the second thing is that community. So it's the support, and I just feel like Instagram's air really happy place to be like People are super positive and it's just like love and everybody is really, like rooting for you and rooting for each other. So I feel like I can support and be supported in that space. And also it's like such a cool way for your brand to be seen like without having to go through the hoops of like getting PR doing media and all that stuff. So it's a really easy way for small business owners to be seen in the world in such a big way and to reach like an international audience. Definitely, I love that. You said it's a happy place because I feel that every time I go there the you know, just just by getting comments and what people are posting at the feeling I get is just like I love being here and a part of this community. So that's great that you're experiencing that. Yeah, definitely. I mean, there's so many, like negative other things in the world. I'm just like Instagram's My happy place, you know, and like, Why are you so positive all time? Like, because that's a treatable tweeting. So some of the things that come to mind about Instagram is that it's a level playing field. You said that earlier. Yeah, which I really like because it's all ages. Now. I have nieces and nephews that are younger and they're not allowed on Facebook, but instagram they can be on Instagram, and, um, it's a way to just business wise because, um, we work with jewelry designers of all ages of you know no matter where they are. And we've actually had, you know, jewelry designers. Young is nine years old. Find us on and we're able Teoh also feature them and give them some love and support. And also just the the, um support that were on the right track of what we're doing. Business wise is really it's just confirming which is really nice. Okay? Yeah, well, for me, I think in pictures. So it's a great place to be if you're visual. And I love the visual storytelling element. And basically, that's what I'm a storyteller. I just do it with video, So I'm very visual. It does make me happy. It's a place where you get inspiration. It's a great community. It's a really great community. So and then I just have one more plug. I'm at 297 5 Just three more. Come on, guys. You could Dio, we're gonna get you to 300. We're gonna get you to 200. All these goals are gonna be met. Will make it happen. Media, You're getting it Authority, Don, I'm sure, Sandy, I can't tell you how excited I am about all of this I mean, it's it's just great. I ought to I'm a visual person, and, um, you know, just to be able to do this is so wonderful. I mean, you know, I had, like, no followers, you know? And I've got 53 society, and I have a hashtag insta travel pro. Um, so I'm going to start be posting that so you'll see that around your posts. Toe follower ratio. Hi. Learning a good hashtag. Did you actually search it to see if anyone using it? It's already, um no one has it, and it's in my bio. Oh, you enhance your bio, which you might want to take a little look at later. I haven't had much. Okay. Wow. And so do you have a goal where you want to get so we can say it out loud here? Well, im I guess I don't know what they expect. Just whatever's like if there's one in your mind, just wanted to hear it. Well, I'm gonna leave on a trip to Croatian Prague on and go to Toronto on the 21st and I'd like to have a least 100 followers by then and see if I can double that during my trip. Very cool. That's good. Oh, I'm excited cause I'm meeting new friends on Instagram and I've got people that I think are in the audience on the World Wide Web that are watching. And there's one The Ark Lady. Oh, I know you. The Ark lady share name is Diana. She's cool. She's like posting all this really great stuff. And I've just gotten a bunch of new followers And, um, any comments related to this? Yeah, yeah, um, she said, um oh, she said, Nice to see insta connect. Inaction on Instigate All live at Creativelive Rockin Gals hope to meet you soon. So I already wrote about your mindset. Like what if it for you, Lynn, that when you go there, what are you feeling? What is good for me? Because I know that every social channel has its own personality, and it's it's always like a family. So every family has its own personality, really, you know, and and every channel has its advantages and disadvantages, and this one in particular for me is great because there's a different demographic here that I think has not yet been tapped into and So for me, the demographic is important to figure that out for the marketing end of things. Yeah, I think you know, it started as a very young audience. And a lot of people are like, Why would it be on Instagram? That's where all the teenagers are. But I will tell you that more and more businesses air coming on and, you know, from the growth that it's had toe over 200 million active users, I mean, you are still you can still be the leader in your industry and claim yours your steak there before everyone else does. I mean, just hearing that you guys are finding hashtag that no one else is using makes me really excited. Very true. And the numbers don't lie. I mean, 200 million is nothing to sneeze at. So it's and the fact that it's grown so rapidly Exactly. That's pretty amazing as well. So we're looking for a platform that has this happy that happen. You can do the happy dance. Yeah, Yeah, I just noticed E want to give a shout out to my business partner, Tracy, because our bio has been updated and great. Did you do it based on what she's been hearing to do. Great. It looks great. Well, have toe here about that after anybody else want to add to what? Their mindset. Yeah, Grace, I think I mentioned before. I'm sort of here with two hats on. I have marketing, consulting business and everybody. My clients always want to know what the new thing is about. And how does it work? And why aren't we on there? Or why don't we have a bigger presence on there? So there's that element and then I'm launching my own Internet based business. That's what really has me fired up because I really have to confess that I came here thinking of Instagram as an adjunct as the second string, so to speak. And I've just a complete conversion because it is there is a different feel for me. I think everybody may have noticed I've spent an awful lot of time on Instagram and creating for Instagram will have been here and I love it and you're doing great. I want to give you a shout out because I'm loving looking at your word swag graphics. You're taking pictures of what's going on here and you're using the app in your adding text value descriptions and giving shout outs, and you're doing everything to grow your account has your Have you seen growth? I haven't really yet. I haven't even looked at it. The truth of it exactly launched this other guiding, but I think it's so important to have this feel for it. It's such a clean plate base, right? Remember I did a happy face, Remember? I said, There's no noise. It's clean. Yeah, I really I mean that. And you can stay focused in the feet and you're not pulled away from your chat on Facebook or the ads over there or notifications popping up. Um, it's just clean, and all of you are saying it's a happy place. That's what I'm appear teaching, cause it's such a happy place on. And I really I mean, I just love I love hearing you all say that you're the the emotions that are being elicited when you're there are this place of positive energy and happiness, and you're feeling that within the community, which is which we're all connecting to online and everyone's bringing over the love on instagram, which is great cause That's what I'm trying to say to everybody. We can all connect and grow this community, and we can all help each other. And there's no competition. As far as I'm concerned. If you help and you give you get back in so many ways, um it's just a really beautiful place to be and to experience success for your for your businesses. Yeah, I'm absolutely planning on leading with Instagram for my business. I when you talked yesterday about selling directly from Instagram. Yeah, I'm very inspired by that. I want to try it. Great. So Well, you had a lot of great law guests Come on and teach you how to do that. And they're wonderful. Thank you. Yeah. Anybody else? You all good? OK, so I'm going to dive into the keynote for today, which is all about the mindset that we're talking about the instagram mindset and what that looks like. So you guys touched on a lot of things already, but it's all around you. It's everywhere. It's when you're here at creativelive when you walk in. And I mean, this is my mindset. I walk in, I see the sign. I'm like, I'm not leaving here until I get a picture under the sign. Like it says that Amit created five. That's a great sign. And it comes from the place of wanting to share what I'm doing with the world and for me when I'm taking that picture. Now, I'm not just thinking about let me share the picture and let them know I was that creativelive. It's going to be in the description. What value can I give to those looking at this so they can learn to be a better instagram user? So I know that that's my secret sauce, and all of you are gonna have your own, Um, and you're going to be able Teoh. It might not be today. It might not be tomorrow, but over time, and it does take time, as does anything you will be able to figure out. What is your secret sauce that no one else is doing? That makes you you and you stand out and you have your own personal successes? And when we were talking about viewing Instagram, I think of it as you know, I don't read magazines or newspapers anymore. I'm definitely on my phone. Twitter's my newspaper and Instagram is my is where I go for magazines because there's so much fashion and health tips and travel inspiration right there on Instagram. And I am doing my market research right on Instagram and I am following a lot of great accounts that give me exactly what I'm looking for. This is a moment to tweet and take a screenshot if you want to. 60% of INSTAGRAM users sign in every day, compared to 40% who signing on Twitter. So I mean, I'm the apse open on my phone throughout the day because I'm checking in. I'm not really signing in, but the point here is that people are really getting reinforcement to go back and see what's happening. Because the engagement, the followers, the comments air there and it's there's a pull to Instagram. I don't know about you guys, but when I do have downtime and I'm just hanging out and relaxing, I'm definitely enjoying looking. I mean, some people might be knitting or crochet, saying or doing their scrapbooking. I just get all of that. What I used to get when I did creative things, right, an instagram because I am a crafter as well. But I'm just finding that I'm getting the inspiration right in there and some creative ideas and some of them maybe What? I'm gonna be cooking for dinner that night. One of my daughters literally goes to Instagram. Whenever she wants to help me make something. She finds the recipe on Instagram and she has the visual and shows me what we're gonna be making. And she's kind of taken over the kitchen, which is all good, but she has been cooking some really healthy meals for us lately. So we are going to go into a little bit of questions if we have them from the live audience. And if not, I'll keep going. Okay? About this? Yeah. Thank you. This kind of ties into come in earlier about other languages. Um is English the primary language used in hashtags on instagram that that you're aware of? I'm only following it in English, But all over the world, people using instagram in different languages. So are you asking this because you are internet? Your business can go international or you're curious. Yeah, but also just I mean, I guess I just have to research and see what uh, if people are using a lot of English words in their tags, even though they're in other countries, Um, I live hashtags or if they're using French or Italian or some other languages, some people strategically use Hashtags and other people's hashtags to get followers and that kind of thing. That's what you're you're alluding. Teoh Andi. I'll give you an example of what has happened with one of my accounts, Scooby Doo, on Cape Cod. In fact, I recently posted this information to share with everyone on my Soupy Zimmerman account. There's a new Instagram user, and it's a Cape Cod photographer. Fabulous photos. There was a picture, I think of the Knauss it lighthouse taken, and they queued up all of the relevant hashtags for what you would find if you were posting on Cape Cod. So nautical Cape Cod, New England photographer. And then I saw a soupy do in there. So I thought that was really smart of them, because when you, when you search to be, do and you look, it's all of my pictures of my store, I don't There might be 1000 pictures there, some crazy amount, and she was strategically using my hashtag to get people to go follow her. So I wasn't upset at it. I was actually flattered that she thought the value of my hashtag was as high as the word Cape cod. Because it is synonymous with Cape cod when you get there, if you want to look for retail store. And so I decided to turn that into a lesson to post. So I took. I reposted her image and I gave a shout out to her to mention the account and say that this was so smart for you to use my hashtag to get new followers. And you know, this is something that I can now teach people s So there might be a hashtag that someone you like a lot is using. No one owns a hashtag. You could go to tag board dot com and right and claim yours and write a description. But you're not the owner of the hashtag. So anyone can use the hashtag smart people or people that are strategic in how they're curating the content. And I'm going to refer to Emma Johnson, who was up here earlier, is using celebrities, is using their name to pull people over to her. So? So I'm not actually answering your question about other language. The idea? Yes. So the essence of a hashtag strategy and how you can use it toe leverage your post and get more engagement. Thanks. So, Mona Letha think it's returned toe? Have some. So what we're going to do next is feature Mona Lisa and talk about content specifically for your accounts. How we can improve it. Some ideas that we can have. And we can have the live audience be a part of this brainstorming if we want. We have some time to spend here. I wanted Teoh. How about we pull up her? We can't pull it up on the screen for legal reasons, but we can absolutely look at it as a team here to get some feedback. So I think your bio I'm gonna read your bio out loud on Let everyone know that they can follow you. Mona Lisa. Oh, and d e the I l l A Is her user name Mona M o N a l I s a Mona Lisa. How do you How do you pronounce your last name on Davia? So I love that you put a separation between your name and coach as Europe, or I'm gonna do your bio person and we're gonna talk about contents. One make sure were all aligned here. And you did exactly what we talked about yesterday. Her first tagline is Peace, love and business. And she used nice emoticons there to bring them to life. And she coached it. She she says, I coach go getter dreamers, spiritually money makers and intuitive world changer changers, writer Yogi, wife and ocean lover. I love that they're not to put in the personal things. I know that yours doesn't I don't have one Should I don't have room, but because you are a writer and you love yoga and I think this works beautifully in your space, okay? And it's really clear on what you dio, so the bios really clear, and I'm a little confused with the picture because you're holding up a green smoothie, which is a healthy thing, but it's not something I would think of as an image of a coach, but it might align with your space of being healthy and what you think would be a better picture to a professional photo of your face. Okay? Yes, absolutely. Have a beautiful face. I would put it there and make it memorable. And people I mean, what I'm seeing first is the smoothie. Yeah, I'm not in your face and I want to see your face. So that's what I would give you there and then your website beautifully matched to your user name. So we're gonna focus now on the content so the live audience can help me with this. So I'm going to scroll through and say out loud what I'm seeing so that the the worldwide audience can can understand this. So you're posting some notes and some quotes that you're here and you're posting pictures on stage here, which is all really good. You have bracelets. You have flip flops. You have. You have a lot going on. You have. You know, I feel you'll be thing green juices fashion. So your images as a whole are great. The feed, in my opinion, isn't consistent. And if I were to look at this, I get I'm not. It's not quite clear to me. What exactly, you're prioritising. Okay, but you have some really nice quotes. I am thinking of actually making a featured with peace loving business. I claim that name this morning and the all of my quotes on there. So you opened up another instagram, but I haven't do anything with it, but it okay, I mean so So in order to open up another INSTAGRAM account, all you need is another email. So nothing more than another email. And I have six different emails. That's why have six different accounts. So that's what you need to do it. I think that's a great idea, Okay? And I really I really think that's a great idea. So let's talk about what some of the content for that featured account for you would look like. Okay. And if anyone wants to add to what we think good ideas for her based on what we're looking at, just, you know, just put your hand up or hold up the mike. So I think I think for you and looking at what your industry is as a coach, motivational quotes absolutely get a lot of engagement. And now that you've seen Camba and that you've seen words, wagyu have tools that you can be empowered with to create some really great quotes. Are you currently sick? Can you actually remind everyone out there so they can follow along? What? The account name is one more time. Mona Lisa on Davia. Okay. M o N a l a s a gone o n D e v I l l And the new one is peace loving business. Did you keep it private? Or is it is it public? Just so open the It's fine. So we're gonna say that it's a new account because everyone starts somewhere and some of the you know, some of you, the listeners air just starting as well. So this is actually good for them to see. This is a very beginning process of starting a featured account. We're going to talk more about content here. But the fact that you had this revelation yesterday, maybe I should have a featured account. And you when I had an open one, that's fine. But what's great is that you have people that would start following you. And even though you still yeah, there's no picture, but there will be by the end of today. And you're calling that account Peace, Love 11 business. Did you tag did you spend? Did you spell out and business? There's an and percent It's an end And you do know that I didn't think he did. Okay, Peace, love a nd business. Okay, so that's your featured account. And there's a good, you know, in her instance, a situation. I really think it's a good idea that she did that because right now it's very confusing toe look at her account and and feel that you're an expert more in business as a coach. Okay, it's morally confusing. Yeah, so for you, do you have a content calendar that you create to come up with ideas or are you being spontaneous? Kind of being spontaneous. I'm just planning, like, with this schedule or for the whole week, Like what I'm gonna post. So do follow the hashtags motivational Monday and then transformational Tuesday and, um, was done Wednesday. Do those. I like all of those. Yeah, and then Friday is this fight. I don't have anything for that. Yeah, that's OK. That could be spontaneous. So you you have themes that you've chosen for each day as a coach and you're using a hash tag for each of those days. so people know to come back and get that motivational Monday tip is how you doing it? Yeah, definitely. Okay, Um, does anyone here have some ideas for her? I think having testimonials since it's it's gonna be a new featured account. I would recommend having some testimonials in there with clients that you've worked with. And maybe they will be 2nd video testimonials that will talk about tomorrow. Or maybe they'll be testimonials that, you know, you saw me in the presentation yesterday. Had some that I took screenshots of. I put I put Borders around him. You can make him look good. You can use dip, tick, Teoh, bring them in there and have them put a border on it and make it stand out. So, you know, because you're starting a new featured account as your business. What I usually recommend to people when they start a new account is to have 10 to cued up and ready to populate the page so that there's there's a good amount there and someone just doesn't land on one picture. Would you recommend I do that all the same time? We're, like, spread out kind of sort of meaning. Get him up there quickly and not what I recommend is posting strategy. But I recommend it to get it to look like you're in business. OK, Because if you have one post there, it's like, did she just have one post issue really in business? So this will in some. And because you don't have that many, you have zero followers or you might have more. Now that we've mentioned it, it's not gonna matter. So it's just like we saw yesterday with LICA Lean. She put it on private until she populated that account. Okay, so you might want to get those 10 or 15 post up with purpose with a with a plan and the mindset that you're really trying to convey to attract your ideal follower and then take it off of private and put it on public. So when people get there, there's 15. I'm not going to say Put it on private now because I think you're going to start getting quite a few people following you just because you're heat sitting here. Yeah, and you might even have a photo of yourself in your photo library that you can upload and start working on that bio. Um, what else do you recommend? I post besides, like quotes? Because I know that's definitely something that's like life coaches like we. So as a coach, tell me some of the things that people say to you that make you great at what you dio like when when you're done with a client, What what do you hear frequently that they're saying about you that's different than someone else? Maybe that they worked with or how you make them feel? A lot of the main thing is people say, like, I like, it's crazy that you really seem like you know, we and you get what I'm going through and you get the problems that I'm having. You're able to help me move forward and pass them like you really understand. That's the main thing I hear like Okay, so I think if you listen to your clients and your hearing those things, I would journal some of the things they're saying and figure out how creatively you can give that back to your followers as inspiration. And I liked you, came out what was the hashtag inspire inspire on inspire on like I think that should be in every post. I think that should be What? So when people see you like you're the inspire on, you know, here the inspire on hashtag girl, you know, just associate that with you and that you give inspiration because that's the idea of what you're trying to dio, right? Definitely. Do you have something to add to what you can dio? So I was just thinking of things you could post because I think, you know, the natural is to go to the inspiring quotes. But what about posting about some resource? Is that you you that you use or you in particular tap into, like, if there's a particular book that your that you think that your clients would like I mean or people that, you know, maybe they can't be your client because they don't live near you or whatever, but you're giving content. You're giving advice and information to people that maybe not necessarily, you know, they might not be your clients right now, but, you know, they kind of aspire to be or or wish they had you as a resource, so movies, you know, anything that would that would help them. And then the second thing would be if if you're attending any event. So I don't know, in the coaching world, if there's conferences or things like that that you go to or even if you're not able to go to them if you posted about them And just you know, some of I'm just thinking about resource is things that people that are following you would want to know about that. That you weren't. Those are great ideas. Yeah, there. I'm always reading, like, different processes in different books that I could definitely share. You do video because if you go into the bookstore, that section is quite overwhelming and could be stressful. Totally, you know. Great. Yeah. Thanks, Dan. That was helpful. Anybody else? Everything, Dad. Virgin? I mean for Mona Lisa. Do you feel like you have a place now, Teoh? Yeah. Ideo to build that? Yeah. We can check in with you tomorrow. Yeah. Yeah. Good. And was that helpful for all of you? Just knowing that she came here yesterday with one account, and she's, like, Okay, figured out. I need a featured account, and this is what it's gonna be. And I know have a hashtag and so do I use both because I know a lot of life. Coaches like their feet is really just like how my feet is. So what? I still continue to that my personal And then, um it's totally up to you. This is all about you. But I think I mean, what I do with my personal is I'm showing you where I am every day and what I'm doing and some people enjoy that. But I've learned to add value to my description when I do that, it's not just suing her dogs who are kids. I'm telling you why I am posting this and how I can give value. And I might, explaining to you how I did the post that people ask, You know, people, people that are leaving comments are basically giving me the ideas of what I should be sharing back. And the comments are I love what you're teaching, how you're teaching it, keep giving it. Thank you so much. It's help my business. So I when I read that it makes me want to do more of the same and like minded people distract same energy and it it's all good. Cool. Thank you. Yeah. So I'm excited to see what happened. Like your launch? Well, yeah. Yeah, cool a question. You said that you take quite a few pictures every day and you post 1 to 2 times a day. I know you have five or six different things that you're posting to, but how do you decide which one you're gonna use? Because I'm sure you don't use all of the pictures you take. No, I don't. I use the best one. So I take multiple of the person that takes multiple pictures of the same images I want to capture, and I don't post. I have very high standards of my photos of I won't share it just to share it. I want it to look awesome. And I want people say, you know, Susan picture. You know, I want to go there and see it. Yeah. I don't want it to sound like, you know, I have six accounts for different reasons, and I have someone managing four of them, And for me to manage two of them is really easy for me. And I think it's easy because I've been doing it for so long and I get such positive reinforcement. And, um, it's my happy place, like you're all saying It's where I like to go. It doesn't feel like work. It's not like I have to go to an Instagram now. Haven't done one today. That's not how I think at all. It's like I want to share this. This is so cool or I'll walk by something and stop. Morgan and I were walking out of here the other day and we were walking down ST with all the designer stores, and I'm like we have to take a picture of a few of these for one of our clients who wears designer clothes all the time. And it's not always from me that I'm taking the picture. It's but I might be thinking of someone else. Take the picture and send it to them in the text and say, I thought of you. I'm just seeing opportunities that are worthy of sharing. And whether it's me sharing or sharing it to the person that I think could share it. It's how my brain marks its That's my mindset. Yeah, yeah. Okay, let's make it 100. Yeah, I'm almost my Yeah, that's pretty exciting. I need, like, 30 more on the soupy Zimmerman account to reach my goal. Just saying.

I tuned in to the live stream from Cork Ireland a few days ago. It was late into the evening GMT. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun and instructional support. Without so much as a glass of water to rehydrate her @suebzimmerman went storming from one success to another. She was so sharp, empathetic & strong in her own skin - just the kind of guide you'd be proud to have.Every day I urge another person to check her out - because, for a business person who wants to become loved on line, she is the ideal coach. I've tuned in to many people on line - many who project an image of being wonderful - SueB delivers. Together with @artisancheesecompany, she "rocks" as you say in North America.Thank you for all the help you've given me and my company @changeagentsbranding. PS I've never met SueB - I simply love her ethos on Instagram. Paul O'Mahony @omaniblog

I tuned in to the course from my office in Cork Ireland - late in the evening for about 2 hours. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun & instructional support. Together with @artisancheesecompany on Instagram - she "rocks" - as you say in North America. That 120 minutes with SueB gave me enough to last me for weeks. What I'd have got from the full course, I can barely imagine - but I bet it was phenomenal value. Thank you very much for the help you've given my company ChangeAgents Branding and the people we serve.
