Success Strategies with Q&A

we're gonna talk about some of these strategies. I know a lot of you have been waiting to hear what they are, and I Okay, So the strategies to success and utilizing you are Well, we're gonna talk about posting strategies, but I want it. Just go back to the URL that I spoke about and tell you that you can put create this custom, Billy, on my on my personal account, I showed you that I have it going right to creative live and all my other account. We talked about it. I have it going to YouTube. You contract them very efficiently with a bit Lee, and I actually showcase this right here for you. Okay, so these are my two accounts we spoke about. And this is how it looks If you turn your bit Lee into a custom Betley. So on one of them on Soupy Zimmerman, I am taking you right to the creative life. Sign up and on the instagram expert in this screen shot. I'm taking you right to my websites. I have an opt in page there where we give a download of the seven things not to do on instagram and if ...

you click that it lands right on that opt in page. Sometimes I take you to my YouTube channel as we talked about earlier. It all depends on where you want to drive your traffic to on your site. But the good news is that you can change this at any time. And now, actually might be a really interesting time to hear from our student. Yeah, that's a great idea. Yeah. So, ladies, pick up the microphones and let's start chatting about this. I think it's all about saving time and how best to streamline the process. So even if you have an idea, you have a photo. Um, you kind of know what it means to you. And there's this whole process off, you know, moving all that information to instagram and then sort of curating it in the proper way. And I think you do get better at it over time. But it's, you know, maybe you have tips for streamlining that piece of it because I think it's all about saving time, right? And so that we're not also overwhelmed. And, um, I'm sure our process is just not a streamlined is yours. So that's What I'm thinking about comes with experience, but yet very good points. And do you use I know in my business because I'm managing so many accounts, I use a like what we call an editorial calendar so I can actually put images and links and, you know, the verb ege that I want to use for each client? Um, I imagine cause you do the same thing. You You manage. So So I because I said thinking Instagrams and I'm spontaneous with my posting. So on my from my personal account. So for soup, Zimmerman and the daily I G. I do it each day. I don't have an editorial calendar, but for my other four accounts, one of my team members has it all organizing. I'm gonna talk to you about how we do it. Um, and nose, she basically collects images and knows what we want A post. But often we're doing it in real time based on what's going on with our business, and it changes depending on what we want. A feature like I think of my accounts as much more in the moment. And that works for me because I can process information quickly and I congrats a graphic image throughout the day, and I know exactly how to say what I want to say. But for some people, they need to really organize their time in their day and have structure on. And it all depends on what's gonna work for you so that you can be very efficient with your time. Well, like for throwback Thursdays or Flashback Fridays or travel Tuesday's You Could Yeah, we have all those have those ready in different holidays and occasions and things. Do you have one literally for each of those hashtags you on top of those you know, because I don't use all of those for all of my clients, but for holidays ideo um, for throwback Thursdays. You know, I don't always have something, and sometimes I'll just put it right out there. Got nothing today. Sorry. You say something else thinking. Mind the idea that you're saying top of mind, right? Yeah. I have a question about photography. If you, um our photographer, what's the best way to upload images? That's meaning ones that you've taken with a camera. Not with your I would upload them to Dropbox. Okay. And access them that way and put them in folders for each venue so that you're super organized with how you access knowing which ones to access. I take pictures wherever I go. I have them on my phone, and I also have them very organized online, so I know where I can grab them from. Okay. So, yeah. So it just depends on what's gonna work for you. Okay. Thank you. Do you think that well, you know, I also think this research process is something that I haven't done. But when starting up a new business or a new, you know, part of your business, it this seems like it would be incredibly valuable. Yeah, I remember. You know, Natalie talked yesterday a lot about how much research he did and how far it got her. And I know that she spent a ton of time figuring it out. And what times? Eight. How many months? It just, like throw relative, right? Eight months is actually a short amount of time when you can sort of the success that she's had in doing it. But she did commit to the hashtag strategy. So, you know, if you're a wedding photographer, you can search Hashtags in the wedding venue of your area. For example, I live in wealthy and is a country club than people have weddings there. So Wellesley Country Club and you can just look and see if there have been other weddings there and what images look like from the weddings at those venues. So searching the venues of where people getting married are probably a better place to search than other photographers, because that could get that. You can just make a list of where all the venues in my town and let me see if they're on instagram. And if not, let me search the hashtag because even if they're not on instagram with a user name, chances are someone got married there and they used that hashtag a real quick story. My husband and I were going in into a restaurant grill 23 in Boston. We had never been It's a famous steak restaurant, and I decided to search the hashtag, he said. Can you get directions? And we usually use Siri and just go in when we just google it. And I'm like, you know, find directions on through Instagram. So of course I search the hashtag. They were like, Ah, 100 photos of steak and potatoes from the restaurant cause everyone uploads food. It's the thing they post the most. And sure enough, someone used the geo tag on the post and all I did was click the Geo tag and it took me right into the directions. I just wanted to see you can use Instagram as a way to get to the places that you're looking to go and not have to use maps. If you're like, so content in that scream, I don't feel like opening maps. Yeah, so that the hashtags you can really search, you know, do your market research for your business and get super nici and really find what other people are doing within that hashtag and like now, I mean and most importantly, learn from what you're looking at. I learned something new every day. I do. I do that in the morning for an hour. I am on Instagram saying whatever else is doing and the count that I love like such a great idea, you know? And then I put my little twist on it, My little spin on it and you know people. A lot of people been asking specifically about the lines, like, kind of keep the description looking neat and clean. And I didn't know that when I started. It all came with looking and counting how many dots they used and figuring out how to add it to notes. So it just comes with observing and learning and connecting and engaging really.

I tuned in to the live stream from Cork Ireland a few days ago. It was late into the evening GMT. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun and instructional support. Without so much as a glass of water to rehydrate her @suebzimmerman went storming from one success to another. She was so sharp, empathetic & strong in her own skin - just the kind of guide you'd be proud to have.Every day I urge another person to check her out - because, for a business person who wants to become loved on line, she is the ideal coach. I've tuned in to many people on line - many who project an image of being wonderful - SueB delivers. Together with @artisancheesecompany, she "rocks" as you say in North America.Thank you for all the help you've given me and my company @changeagentsbranding. PS I've never met SueB - I simply love her ethos on Instagram. Paul O'Mahony @omaniblog

I tuned in to the course from my office in Cork Ireland - late in the evening for about 2 hours. What I noticed was infectious enthusiasm laced with fun & instructional support. Together with @artisancheesecompany on Instagram - she "rocks" - as you say in North America. That 120 minutes with SueB gave me enough to last me for weeks. What I'd have got from the full course, I can barely imagine - but I bet it was phenomenal value. Thank you very much for the help you've given my company ChangeAgents Branding and the people we serve.
