On Set - Paper Backdrop Rolls
All right, so I have these backdrops here that I've spent money on. Um it's funny because I started spending less money on these little four ft guys um which I like those colors and they're cheaper. They're closer to $30. But the disadvantage to them is that I can't, it's harder for me to do full body shots on them. I can really only do like this. So I kinda curbs my curbs, like the creativity and what I can offer to clients. I guess this one's only forfeit. The next size up is seven ft. Um and I got a standard white and seven ft is a little bit more expensive, but it's always good to have like a white even though we're on a stage of the white backdrop. Um it's nice to be able to have your own this guy. I really love this color. Um and it's 10 ft or a nine ft. Yeah, it's bigger but definitely more expensive, but this one allow me to do not only head shots, but also will allow me to do full body modeling shots or if I have like more than one person. Um Again, this is another big one and...
this has been a very popular commercial color. Um and a lot of clients that I'm shooting with like actors and stuff. I want to have that commercial pop. So I made sure to get a big one of these two. Um and then this is another seven ft one. Um This is a little bit more corporate, a little bit more business. Um Again, I think it's worth investing in the bigger backdrops if you're really going to be doing headshot type stuff, um you really want to be able to offer your clients as much as possible and have uh you know, when you spend money, you want to make sure that you can kind of use it for more than just one thing I made the mistake of buying a four ft one. I have a couple of others. Um it's good to spend money on it, but then I can't really do much other than like one thing with it. So think about that when you're investing in stuff like that, and using paper backdrops is really awesome because I can basically set it up wherever I'm renting the studio, you know, next week, if I have another shooting to rent a different studio, um I'll still be able to take my same backdrops and be able to use them wherever set them up wherever I need the light. Um It's just much easier than having a fixed stage that's like, you know, painted um also like their reusable. Um So sometimes I'll cut them off depending on how much how dirty they get, but yeah,
