there are many odd responses out there. So an online responder is you place an order on amazon and then once the order shipped or before that you may get an email and then after it's arrived you may get another email and then after a few days you may get another email. This is called an auto responder where a set series of days you will get or this buyer will get an email saying, hey, please review my product, please give the seller review they're in there. So you can do, there's many applications and you can do many different things with this. One of the ones that I think is awesome is feedback five and it's free. So it's free up to 100. Uh, typically 50 emails a month, sometimes 100 if you ask for it, I'll ask for it and each month you'll get 50 emails that you can send out. This is a great way to start. It's free and I definitely recommend. It gives you a nice little dashboard and how you can go about this And I would create for each one of your accounts. I have multiple accounts on...
Amazon, so I create a different feedback five for every single set of my accounts from the dashboard, you can see all these things on the side, you can customize your account options, all exclusions, product reviews, everything you want. The main thing you're gonna want to deal with is my email campaigns and my email templates in my email campaigns. There are a couple of different things here. I have first seller feedback request, second seller feedback requests and product request for review. So you can turn on these inactive or active and it usually is um it will go series by series depending on your templates and when to send it and we'll send them emails based on some criteria that they satisfy on email templates. You can make different email templates here by creating new template. You can also this is for pro accounts but you can also you're also given a set of different email templates. So so let's say I want to go to product product review. You can see all these different layouts, customize the colors, pick your font name from who subject whatever you want. Just think of it like an email there and from this email you'll be sending them after. Certain criteria is met. Super simple. I recommend feedback five and it's free to start once you want to get the pro version and get more features, go ahead and upgrade from there.
