Action - Decide On 2-3 Suppliers To Import A Sample From

In this video, we're going to decide on 2-3 suppliers to order a sample from. And before you place a product order, it is essential that you place a sample order first and that's because before you invest hundreds or even thousands of dollars in that first product order, you want to make sure that you're happy with the quality of the product By ordering a sample, we spend a very small amount of money to get a physical product in our hands. And that way we can see the quality for ourselves. It's gonna be tough deciding between these four suppliers because they all look like good options. The minimum order quantity is not too high. The price per unit is very similar. And after running all four through our suppliers scoring rubric, they all scored pretty much the same at or 33 points to help us make this decision. I'm gonna open up the links for each of these products and we can look through the photos and see if there's any that pop out at us. I'm gonna copy this link, open up an intern...

et browser and paste it in. And I'm gonna do this for all four products so we can switch back and forth between them. Now I'm gonna start with the first one. So here is what that first double dog leash looks like. And I'm making a mental note of the product and now I'm going to compare it to the other three. Here we have a different style, double dog leash. It seems as if the function is the same. The only difference is the texture of the leash. Now I'm going to take a look at the next one and this style looks very similar to the last one. We just looked at it has that same type of material And let's take a look at the last one and this one does as well. It appears as if these three here all have a very similar material to them. Whereas this one has a little bit different material for that reason, I know for sure. I'm gonna want to order a sample of this product because I'm curious to see the difference between these two materials and this supplier name is Dongguan Qing Speed and I'm going to open up our supplier comparison sheet. Find that supplier and I'm gonna highlight it green. And that way I know that I'm choosing this supplier to order a sample from. Now we're left with three different options. And at this point it's going to be very hard to find a reason why one is better than the other since they're so similar. We could order four samples. But I think that's a little unnecessary since all three of these suppliers seem to offer a very similar products. Typically it's safer to order more samples because then you get to look at the quality of different manufacturers or wholesalers. But the only downside ordering more samples is the cost, it just costs more money since we have three suppliers here that are all very similar. I'm not going to order a sample from each of them but I will order samples from two of them and that's because if I have the option to, I would like to see this double dog leash with this type of material from at least two different suppliers. And that way I can compare the quality. After looking at this three, I'm just gonna go with my gut, there's no logical reason for this and I'm gonna get rid of this one and order a sample from each of these two. The name of this one is you loosen Yang. I'm gonna go back to our comparison sheet and make a note us senior and then the last one was a blueberry and I agree on that and that's it. We've decided our three suppliers. One thing I want to note here is most of the time you can negotiate to get the sample feedback from your supplier. When you place a larger order in this video, we decided on two or three suppliers to import a sample from. Congratulations. You have just finished mini goal four and successfully found two or three suppliers to order a product sample from. That's awesome. In the next video we're going to get started with our final mini Goal Mini goal five. We're going to complete the final research for our product and our first task in that new mini goal is to calculate a profit margin estimate for our product, pause this video right now and don't move on until you've decided on the suppliers you want to order a sample from.
