Building Our New Product Line Chat Blast
Welcome back chat about fans in this lecture. We're gonna go and build our third chat blast, which I'm gonna we're not gonna do sofas, we're gonna do a different client that sells picture frames online. But similar idea because we've been talking about sofas a lot and this will be a little bit exciting. And this is gonna be a chapel. Is that I'm going to use for the client so might as well kill two birds with one stone. So let's go back into mobile monkey. And here we are in our page builder. And I'm going to open up a new page in this chat blast group and I'm going to call it. Um and just I built this this last chat, blasting our welcome page. So that was obviously a mistake that it's okay because this is just this is not a live account. It's not a live body right now. Anyway, I'm gonna build it over here. I'm gonna call it picture frames. New product line chapter last Okay. Um so we go to picture frames website over here. We go to custom picture frames. It's these rustic picture fram...
es that we're going to be um promoting. So I'm gonna start off with like, you guessed a quick question and we're going to ask um preferences on a a picture frame. So we'll say hi there. What do you what what do you think about this new that's a picture frame. Do you like it? Remember reply. Stop. Yeah, undescribed anytime. And I'm going to leave this as a throwaway attribute, I don't need it. And we're gonna be we're gonna say multiple. So we'll say I love it. Or we're gonna say or you'll have the option to tap. Not my style or not my style. Alright. We're not gonna associate any pages because again, this is not a complex workflow, it's just a blast. Alright. And remember the goal of this blast for people to check out and become familiar with our new line of products, new line of rustic picture frames. So we're going to say um okay, the taping widget two, I don't know, four seconds and I'll say thanks for your response. And now I'm gonna add another typing, make it look natural and a quick question I wanna ask them. It will be okay if I show them some more pictures. So likability. Part of becoming likable is asking people authentically what they think it's such an engaging thing. If you're able to sort of like, let a person feel that their opinion counts. That's very powerful in chatbots in all marketing channels in fact. So would it be okay if I showed you a few of our new styles, we'd love to hear what you think. Um save this as a throwaway attribute. Not important. Right? So we're gonna just click none input type is well, let people you know what, let people type it out. I think people could type it out, let's see. So we'll add text. So any response will any text response will prompt a the workflow to continue. Um So let's see. We're going to now send, well actually that's not a good idea because if they say no then it would be a little obnoxious to send them the list. So let's go back here and input type will be multiple. And we're gonna add an answer what it saves. It's like sort of like google sheets where mobile monkeys always saving in the background. So the first answer is emoji. Sure sure sure thing. And associate that with no page will continue on this one or will right ah er thumbs down. No thanks. Okay so now here's we're gonna build a multi funnel. So when if if a person says no thanks, we want to redirect them to somewhere else in this chat flow and we don't want to go ahead and send in the list cause that would be obnoxious. What we're gonna do is and this is the first time we actually doing this, so it's important you're here if you're here in this in this lecture and you didn't skip it but it's okay if you did skip it because we're gonna do it again later on anyway so we're gonna create a new page and I'm going to write um replied no, two additional frame pictures. Okay um and then create that page and now I'm gonna just create a quick uh you know. No worries first name. Thanks for the chat. Um If you change your mind if you change your mind and want to check out some of our new rustic frames, you can just tap or click the link below. And I'm gonna send them a link with a button to A. U. R. L. Called new rustic frames and add the button. And that's gonna be what happens. That's what that's what a person's going to see if they select no to seeing more pictures. But let's go back to our original page. We need to do something here. We have to go down here and when somebody says no by the answer, we must associate that response with a page. So I'm gonna find that page under my under my chats blasts group and I'm gonna click reply no to additional frames. And that means if somebody does click no things then they're gonna go, they're gonna be they're gonna be redirected into that work flow into that chat bot process and see whatever that chat bot process um is programmed to show which is this, let's go back to this page and if they click yes no page will be associated. They'll stay here. Um So if they say yes we're gonna I'm gonna send um a if they say yes we'll do some typing. Um for five seconds and we're gonna create a list with links. Okay? Um So let's go here and remember the difference between art gallery which is to the side and list is up and down. Um So I want to show a list because I want to do a bunch and I wanted to be more mobile optimized in that way. And we're gonna grab already have the images so it won't take too long. But we could speed through this process here while we're going through it. And I'm just gonna write sample frame one and two and three and so on and so forth just for the sake of time. And because I don't need to waste your time going to the website each time and getting and I'm gonna use the exact same U. R. L. Also. Um I don't want to waste anybody's time here. So add item. What I really want to do is show you what the list item looks like in an actual chat about interface. And again this is I'm going through this step by step with you guys because these are box that I'm going to really use. Okay, so we have our maximum five items in the list here. 1234 123. I'm sorry, maximum four items. 154. Okay. To one. I skipped one. But that's okay. Um And you could add buttons to each of these lists. Right? So let's say I will just add it to the first. So I'll just click shop now add button And then I'm gonna add one more typing widget. And I'm gonna say something like hope you like our new styles, you can shop online using the links above or call our customer service department to place an order over the phone to place an order over the phone using the button. Hello? Okay. And I'm gonna add a button, phone um customer or let's see phone order or better than yet order by phone and we'll do something like um and and the button and that. We should be good to go. So let's test this out, see how it looks. Um There's an option for lists to show it as a canvas or to show it as a as its default. I'll show you how they both look. So I'm gonna first go to the picture frames of the product and we're gonna go and test this page to see what happens. Hi there. What do you think about this new rustic picture frame? Do you like it? Wait, did I forget to make a picture figures in the picture, look at that? See, it's a good thing. I'm sorry. It's a good thing we test this stuff because there was a mistake made. Right? Um This has to be a we're gonna make it, this has to be a quick text widget. So I'm gonna bring this up to the top. Alright, so I was actually just having a couple of quick bugs with reordering the elements. So what I did was I just re created this this page. Sometimes you have to do that. It just took me a couple minutes here. Um You didn't have to watch it Of course. So we have the text element first now so high. Their first name. What do you think about this new rustic picture frame and now we actually send them a picture and then we ask them a quick question. Do you like it? So just a slightly different format. Everything else is the same. So let's go ahead and test this spot again to make sure it's working as it should be and we can diagnose any bugs that might occur or that might have happened in the redesign. Um Okay so now it's working nicely. Hi there Isaac do you what do you what do you think about this new rustic picture frame? I have the picture. Do you like it? Love it typing. A couple of seconds. Thank you for your response Isaac picture frames.com just launched a new line of rustic picture frames made from 100% reclaimed barn wood typing. Would it be okay if I showed you a few of our styles? We'd love to hear what you think. Now remember if I click no thanks that you're taking me to the no thanks page. If I click sure thing and want to test both. So we're gonna test short thing first and there we go we have a list of our nice four picture frames. Hope you like our new styles Isaac. You can shop online using the links above or call our customer service by order by phone and again check this on a mobile device to make sure things work as well. Now that we have two new options. Love it and I'll pass and I change it to el paso like I said I think it might have been conflicting with one of the automatic Q. And a input outputs that we had set up for this page. Um I did check it and the I'll pass function is working as it should be. So I've actually added a third option to show you how three options look. I love it. I'll pass. Not sure about that. They should all work. And we're going to test it and we're gonna test that second part of the final now so we're gonna open up Messenger, test the page. What do you think about the frame. Love it. I'll pass. Not sure about that. Let's click I'll pass. Thanks for your response. Isaac picture frames just launched a new line of products would it be would it be okay if I showed you a few styles now we want to write no things and make sure that we get funneled into the right part of this chat. Um So click no thanks no worries Isaac that's thanks for the chat. If you change your mind and want to check out some of our new rustic frames you can just have or click the link below and I can go to the website by clicking the link below. Beautiful analytics will track where it's coming from. Fantastic. And either way the chat was a good user experience. It gave people the option to opt out. And this is a chat blast that I'm I'm proud of. I think it incorporates all the core techniques and concept that we wanted to incorporate. Um and it's good to go, it's good to go in my opinion. So thanks for watching that. That's how to build a chat blast for a new product line to drum up some interest with our goals in mind. Um putting in uh you know some sense of with our goals in mind, making sure we're likable, making sure giving a good user experience. If I were to refine this a little bit, I might add a little bit more details and story about the actual frames. Like why are these frames better than our competitors frames going back to what we've spoken about in the past. But that's a good overall structure for a successful chat blast too. Advertise a new product line. I will see you in the next lecture where we will advertise a competitive advantage, spreading awareness. I'm not sure if competitive advantage is necessarily the right um headline or the right category for that chap last we're gonna build but it's okay. I will see you guys in a few seconds in the very next lecture and thank you so much for taking this ride with me. Up until now, things are really starting to heat up.
