Bot Analytics - How to Find Useful Information Using Mobile Monkey Analytics
howdy chatbot fans and welcome back, let's take a look at bot analytics in mobile monkey and we'll see the information that mobile monkey provides us from a data analysis perspective. So back here in mobile monkey we're gonna go and click on bot analytics. It's the last option under audience insights and I'm going to see a few different interesting charts and graphs. So I have total contacts, new contacts, conversions, sessions on the left hand axis is the number the volume and on the bottom access on the X axis is the date. And that's the same for all of these charts in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard I have a date widget and a date picker and I can change the date range similar to any other date range picker you've ever seen. And let's say I go for the last 90 days I click apply, I'll see these graphs update and change. So total contacts very simply is the total number of individual contacts in my mobile monkey database. So in my example we see that we have june 30th bei...
ng the beginning of where we started adding contacts. And if I hover over It'll show me at each interval, the number of contacts in the system, so we went from 87, etc, you know, going on from there. New contacts just shows the number of new contacts very simple being added to the system and it's not an aggregate, it's not a total number of contacts. So whereas with total contacts, each segment I have been increasing with new contacts, there have been some more spikes in certain time periods where there were more contacts and then we dropped off a little bit. So the new contacts chart is really helpful if you want to know how certain campaigns you're running are performing when you tie those back to the dates those campaigns have run conversions is if you're using forms and you're tracking specific answers to specific form questions as a conversion, this will show you the total number of conversions. 43 conversions on june 2nd hover over any interval to see the individual data point and under sessions it's just the total number of boats sessions, conversations that have happened with the bot. So I see the 21st of july we had 2300 sessions. It was a big jump and again, I could always just change my date range date range around. I usually look at the last seven days or yesterday, five looking at it more regularly and these charts will obviously update and we'll see how that information looks in that date range. So that's by analytics, there's nothing to export here. But it's a great place to come and see how things are performing, how many contacts are getting. If you're doing facebook messenger marketing through bubble monkey for your clients and if you have clients, you absolutely should be doing this. These are some great charts and graphs that will help you show the effectiveness and the productivity of the work you're doing on their behalf. So that's audience insights, contacts, audiences, forms about analytics. I hope those lectures were useful. And I look forward to seeing you guys very soon in the very next section.
