Howdy chapel fans And welcome back in this lecture, I'm going to show you how to use another html element called link to Messenger. Very powerful allows you to basically use any text hyperlink and send people to facebook Messenger. This is commonly used on blog posts. If you write blogs instead of having a opt into my blog form at the end of the blog or sign up for newsletter tips, you could have a text link that takes people right into Messenger. And the benefit is you're creating a much more unified and user friendly experience for the actual customer for your client, for your prospect. They have it in a place that's familiar with them. They could interact with the bot on their own time and all you need to do is have them reply something, click a button, ask them if they like cookies in the bot, have them reply. I love cookies and you have all their information. It's like these old legion opt in forms multiplied by an efficiency factor of 100. It's it's incredible. It's incredibly po...
werful and I want to show you exactly how to set this up. So here we are back in mobile monkey And this is a mobile monkey for this is a mobile monkey account for a different client Paris negotiating seminars. They're the largest negotiating program in the world. Having trained most of the Fortune 500 over a million attendees giving 300 seminars a year in over 90 cities around the world. It's exciting stuff. They're a client of ours that we have a very, very good relationship with them and it's pretty cool. So here we are back in our HTML elements section of our lead magnets in more monkey. We're going to click at html element and we're gonna click link to messenger instead of customer chat widget. And you're gonna see a similar pain that you saw when we added the link to messenger. When we added the chat widget pain, P. A. And E. Not P. I. P. Not P. A. I. N. This is fun. We're gonna name it. So I'm gonna name this Harris linked to Messenger and we're gonna keep it as link and I'm gonna give it, I'm gonna send people through this specific link to a page, seminar types learn more. So I created a simple page about which gives people the option to learn more about specific seminars, um different seminar types that they offer on their website. One thing to also keep in mind is you can create multiple links. So if you have different blog post categories, let's say you have a blog post category um of industry news. Another one about in depth product guides, Another one about testimonials. Another one of case studies, you could create separate links that go to separate workflows that give people information about the content. They were reading in facebook Messenger on their own time guys, this is this is wild wild stuff. And if you're not getting excited then I'm not teaching this clearly enough because this is really exciting. But in this example we're going to actually add this to an email. And what a lot of people don't do is they think that the only place they can add these links are to their blog posts. But adding this to your email marketing campaigns is enormously powerful. I know I've been railing on email basically this entire course, but that doesn't mean that I don't do email, that doesn't mean that my clients don't do email, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't be doing email, Email is still an incredibly powerful tool. It's just not nearly as powerful as this and most 99% of cases. But if you've been building your contact list successfully over the last few years and I hope all of you have been, or even if you're just starting now, you probably have a good amount of email context or email subscribers or hopefully you do, and hopefully you will. And this is a great natural avenue to piggyback off emails power and to create um instead of sending people to a website to download a case study or an e book or whatever it may be, or to fill out a contact form or our price request form, it's so much more powerful and user friendly and less frustrating to give a person the ability to do this all in messenger. So let's go grab this link and I'm gonna show you how we do this, I'm gonna jump into hubspot, which is the marketing tool for the client. And I'm gonna go back to our list. Let's just get you give you a brief sense of what's going on here. So we have all these different lists and if we take a look at, okay, there's a list of 18.5 1000 contacts here. And this is a lot of people that are getting marketing emails from us through workflows on a regular basis. And these are successful email campaigns. We get people coming to the website, but we can make these marketing campaigns more successful by using mobile monkeys, html elements in a tactfully placed throughout our email campaign. So I'm gonna jump into an email and I'm going to take a look at, let's see how about this email, which is a follow up after somebody submits a request for an e book and of course this is this request for an e book is going to be transitioned into facebook chatbot structure. So if we edit the email, they have, person gets their book, follow this link to search for a company for an upcoming seminar near you. Okay, now that is gonna bring them to the website and give them a suboptimal experience and most people aren't ready to search for a seminar right after downloading a free piece of content. So I'm gonna delete that and put something else in that's gonna be a lot better. So we're gonna say click here to to choose that's the operative word here, choose click here to choose which of our popular seminar formats you'd like to learn more about, will send you relevant my chat on your own schedule without any pressure. I'm not sure if that would be the final copy here, but it's something to work off of. Usually the final copy is about 10 or 15 revisions after I write the first version, which is usually bad, paste that link in there, add link. Okay, now I'm gonna go and send a test email and I'm gonna send it to, let's see, send that email to myself, choose a contact. Richard, send test email, email sent. Let's go take a look how this looks. I want to show this to you on a mobile phone um as well as a desktop because it's just so powerful and let's just wait for this email to come in here. It is. Okay, so let's take a look here. So here's the email. Now, click here to choose which of our popular seminar format you'd like to learn more. I'm gonna click here, I'm gonna click here and it's gonna prompt me to open Messenger and it actually just opens messenger right away. I click, get started and it sends me to the page that that link takes me to caress is the World Leader negotiating seminars and I can learn about the in house seminar, negotiating seminar, the train, your team seminar and each one of those links will now bring me further into the chat bot funnel and again, this is happening on my own time as the user getting the information that I want. I don't need to navigate some clunky mobile site that it's a nice mobile site. Don't get me wrong, we actually just recently redesigned it and it works great but you can't even compare to what that experience is like being able to get a marketing email, opening up messenger and I could chat with the company. I could be, I could be funneled into the right chat bot page that has the information that I'm specifically looking for. I could leave off and pick up the conversation whenever I darn well choose then if you're using that in conjunction with the website. Widget on your website, I can come to caress website and see my conversation from my Messenger right on the website. I hope that these lead magnets are powerful. These lead magnets are seriously, seriously powerful and when you use them well and you put them in the right places um it's, it's extraordinary the results. You can see add these links to all of your marketing emails, add these links to all your blog posts, but remember keep in mind the content build out and if you go back, let's go back to mobile monkey real quick and back to pages and remember everything is built in pages I created a group called link to messenger pages and I have my seminar types learn more and then I would have learned more about the in house, learn more about um the train your team seminar, give you information, send you to the right section of the site that has that information. If I have a downloadable guide, I'll send you that pdf in an attachment. Um there's so many things you could do here and the again, the power of this is that your customers and this is how you get buy in from your clients. This is how you sell it to clients. You're, we're going to create a system where we collect more leads for less money and the experience is more pleasant and we're adding more value to our users to our leads to our contacts. That's the power of these lead magnets. So add it to your content block posts in the sidebar, um marketing emails, You know, 100%. You can absolutely do that. You could even put that link in a QR code on the business card. You thought about that. I never thought about that. I just thought about it like literally just second. Um, there's no reason why you can't take that link and have it on a business card as a QR code person scans it instead of going to some boring homepage or some boring business card, digital version of a business card. Send them to your facebook. Messenger page and start chatting with them and say, and have a special business card uh, chat funnel. It says, hey, thanks for scanning my QR code. That's awesome man. And now you have all their information. They didn't need to give you a business card, right. This stuff is incredible. So do that. Anyway. That's linked to messenger. That's how you add it to an email and that's how you do it, right.
